What can I say? Just back from my 36th visit to this lovely penzion and I can honestly say I have enjoyed myself as much as my first. Aleš and Ingrid work very hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, they are knowledgeable about the surrounding area and offer very useful advice for visitors. The rooms are well tended and spotlessly clean. Most rooms have amazing views South to the Julian alps, or West towards the Italian border. A safe is available in the rooms to keep you valuables secure, very useful. Food at breakfast time is wide and varied with something for everyone and self service items are regularly refreshed so late risers do not miss out. If I stayed anywhere else in Kranjska gora, I am sure I would be dissappointed. "Dom je tam kjer je Serc". Indeed, Home "is" where the heart is.

We stayed 3 nights and didn’t regret a single one. We were nicely welcomed at the reception, where we were shown a variety of places to visit on a map. The room was cozy and very comfortable and breakfast was exactly as it should be. To anyone visiting Kranjska Gora, Penzion Livada is the place to stay at.

Penzion Livada is well located close to the town centre. Our hosts Alas & Ingrid were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. Room with balcony was clean, tidy and had fantastic views of the town with a spectacular backdrop of the Alps.|Kranjska Gora is a comfortable 2 hour local coach ride, caught from Ljubljana bus station.|Restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops etc was an easy walk from Penzion.

Äußerst freundlicher Empfang beim Check-in, sehr saubere und großzügige Appartements mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Die Fahrräder konnten wir problemlos im Keller abstellen. Absolut zu empfehlen!
