A nice hotel that is slowly becoming a bit run down. The rooms are spatious and clean, however, the AC was broken in ours. They offered us to change rooms. The bathroom is big, but the water pressure could be better. Breakfast is okey, but no vegan savory options, which was disappointing. I would recommend the spa. Very nice and proffesional staff.

Prezzi delle camere aumentati del 50% con gli stessi servizi. Casino voto 2 hanno avuto la brillante idea di togliere i valet e non si può mangiare ai tavoli del casino.

personale molto cordiale, servizio al più alto livello! Le sale enormi, una grande selezione di macchine, giochi e così via, una grande sala fumatori in una stanza costantemente ventilata, ci sono anche cabine fumatori separate nel mezzo delle sale non fumatori, servizi igienici molto ordinati e puliti, piatti molto gustosi nel ristorante e una vasta scelta di primi, secondi, contorni e dolci. Ho avuto le impressioni più piacevoli! Siete veramente bravi, continua così♥️

Simply put, some of the staff at the casino are the rudest people I have met in my life. If you keep this kind of people in your main attraction it is very unlikely that you will have any future, considering that also the hotel's style and approach seems to be stucked in the past.
