Prelep večer v restavraciji Pikol, ki si ga v prvi vrsti pričaraš sam, je še dodatno polepšal njihov pomirjujoč ambient, okusna in zanimiva hrana, ter simpatična postrežba hišnih vin. Zmagal pa je uglajen gentlemen-domnevam,da je bil to gospod oče, ki nam je narezal brancinov carpacio in medtem zanimivo z nami pokramljal. In še enkrat dokazano, da ljudje s svojo srčnostjo in strokovnostjo naredijo največ.Priporočam!

TL-DR: Für den Preis (200€/Tag) sollte man in einem vernünftigen Hotel buchen. Für unter 100€ bekommt man keine 10km entfernt bereits besseren Service! Rezeption nur nach telefonischer Voranmeldung besetzt. Frühstück ist die einzige Mahlzeit die im "Resort" erhältlich ist, allerdings bekommt man altes Brot zum Frühstück. ham&eggs ist versalzen. Reklamationen werden nicht ernst genommen und es wird versucht den Kunden schlechtes Gewissen einzureden wenn zb keine Chance auf Abendessen besteht. Kundeninformation in den Zimmern ist ausschließlich auf slowenisch erhältlich, eine Erklärung / Übersetzung dieser ist anscheinend nicht gewollt. die Kundeninformation beinhaltet 2!! Seiten Preisliste, was bei 200€/Tag ebenfalls eine absolute Frechheit ist. Die Steckdosen in den Wasservillen sind teilweise Kaputt. (2 von 3 Steckdosen haben funktioniert) Personal ist extrem unhöflich und wenn man sich auf Grund der mangelhaften Qualität für eine verfrühte Abreise entscheiden muss wird noch versucht mehr Tage abzurechnen als tatsächlich in Anspruch genommen werden.

It is important to remember that we operate as a glamping resort in nature, and not as a traditional hotel. The resort does not have a 24-hour reception, as you were informed upon arrival.
