Absolutely top of the art! From staff to accomodation and to the things they offer! I stayed here with a colleague of mine and I was impressed by the fact that they knew it was her birthday and they had champagne and dessert waiting for her in the room. Wow! I gave 4 stars just because of the location. It is quite far from the city centre....

Very good hotel, very nice entrance and reception. Rooms have nice size and thay are very clean. Only bed thing is location...it is not in the city centre. But if you like shoping, this hotel should be your choice because it is located in BTC - hugeeee shoping "city"

Vi kan virkelig godt lide dette hotel. Det er som at være hjemme. Altid den SØDESTE og bedste betjening. Altid dejlige værelser, og morgenmad hvor der bestemt ikke mangler noget. Desværre har de et stort problem med WiFi, hele dagen er der aldrig problemer, kan være online på værelserne overalt og nede, men om aften er det bare ikke en mulighed at have wifi på værelserne. Det betyder skype hjem, se en film, eller lige tjekke noget online kan man ikke uden at man laver en mobil dækning med sin mobil. De søde mennesker nede vil så gerne hjælpe, og de er altid venlige til at genstarte deres udstyr men det hjælper ikke. Vi kommer her typisk for arbejde, men har også være her et par gange og haft børne med og de har altid været søde med opredning og hvad der har måtte være behov for. Vi glæder os altid til at tjekke ind, det er som at komme hjem.

Best place for conference. Excelent food, great view, very good service. I was a conference participant which took place at the top of the building, Toilletes were very clean. Equipment is modern, place can be adjusted to number off participants. Food is delicious, many tipes of coffee.. All 10 points from me😁.
