فندق مرتب. جميل وغرفه واسعة . قريب منه سوق كبير ومتنوع. افطاره متنوع ولذيذ. الخدمة جيدة. لكن بعيد عن وسط البلد والأماكن السياحية.

Der Empfangsherr war schon mal unmotiviert und keine gastfreundliche Begrüßung. Ohne große Bemühungen dem Gast überhaupt etwas zu erklären. Beim Auschecken die Dame genau so… ohne großes Interesse ob es dem Gast an was gefehlt hat - kenne ich von anderen Hotels ganz anders. Als Gast werden die mich dort nie wieder sehen!

A fantastic hotel, had everything we needed for our time in Ljubljana. Breakfast was amazing and offered loads of different options. Bed was incredibly comfortable, room was spotless and spacious. The view from our room was amazing too. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Ljubljana to stay here!

Les points positifs : la chambre est spacieuse et bien insonorisée. Les réceptionnistes sont sympathiques et serviables. Le restaurant est très bon, le petit déjeuner et le bar très sympas également. Le centre ville est assez facilement accessible grâce à un bus qui passe près de l'hôtel, ou bien à vélo/trottinette. En revanche, quelques points négatifs : les draps n'ont pas été changés en une semaine. Le 4ème jour, nous sommes allés le signaler à la réception : le réceptionniste nous a indiqué "je prends note, il a du y avoir une erreur, ce sera fait demain matin", or le lendemain soir nos draps étaient toujours les mêmes. Je trouve cela moyen pour un hôtel 4 étoiles étant donné le prix payé. Les articles de toilette vides (gel douche, shampooing) n'étaient pas remplacés non plus, j'ai dû écrire sur un post-it pour en avoir des nouveaux. Nous n'avions qu'un seul peignoir alors que nous étions 2. Par ailleurs, au moment du check out, l'hôtel a voulu nous facturer 100€ de boissons au mini bar, alors que nous avons consommé seulement 2 bouteilles de coca-cola pendant la semaine. En effet, le jour où nous sommes arrivés, le mini-bar était quasiment vide. Je suppose donc que l'occupant précédent de la chambre a dérobé des boissons en partant, et cela a été imputé sur nous. Malgré ces aspects négatifs nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Ljubljana qui est une ville magnifique.

Worst Raddison on the planet, zero customer service ever. AC broken in the hotel in the middle of a heat wave, no warning of this on checkin even though the hotel are aware of the issue. No real apology when speaking to staff, just its broken what do want us to do. Not even offer of comp water or something that nature. Do not expect service of this level in what is consider a premium brand hotel. Will be checking out in the morning and demanding a refund on what is likely to be a sleepless night due room being like a sauna and zero ventilation! Would have probably got better service if i had myself arrested and spent a night in the cells.

前台人员态度冷漠。房间内网络信号极差，只有门口附近极小区域有信号。电梯等待时间长，其中只有1台到地下车库。早餐优秀，种类丰富。酒店地理位置好，靠近高速，附近有超市等资源。
