I got poisoned by the food at the restaurant and spent all night in front of the closet. When I called for help staff did not even bothered to help me and replied they can do nothing in this case. It was hot like hell in the room due to malfunctioned AC and there were no windows to open. Hotel did not even start investigation when I reported food poisoning and I had to insist at the check out. Manager did not ask me how I feel and charged me full price at the check out. Stay away from this hotel if you value your health and safety. Not worth Radisson batch and not even close to 4 star hotel.

Dogodna lokalizacja zaraz przy zjeździe. Bliziutko do autostrady. Do centrum 5 km ale taxi za 5 euro się dojedzie. Parking dwupoziomowy. Przemiła obsługa na recepcji. Śniadania OK. Pokoje przestronne i gustownie urządzone. Łazienka przestrzenna wanna z prysznicem czyli kto co lubi. W pokoju czajnik oraz niezbędne rzeczy aby z niego skorzystać. Siłownia na 15 piętrze nie powala ale trening można zrobić.

Solicitamos la cena en la habitacion a las 21:30 y eran las 23:30 y todavia no habian subido la cena, bajamos a recepcion y les figuraba entregada, a nosotros desde luego no. Todo el mundo intenta evadir responsabilidades, es un hotel en el que nos alojamos cada 2 meses pero ya se acabo, buscaremos otro con personal mas serio y responsable. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie, no son serios.

Lo peor que me ha pasado en un hotel, pedimos la cena en la habitación a las 21:30 y son las 23:30 y no llega, llamamos a recepción y se pasan la pelota de uno a otro, bajamos a recepción y nos dicen que la cena está entregada, no sabemos a quien, mucha fachada de hotel y muy poca profesionalidad por no decir ninguna. Que pocos profesionales, menudo descontrol que hay, por supuesto no pensamos volver pues no son serios para nada y aconsejo no reservéis en esta cadena de hoteles pues te puede pasar cualquier cosa.

Hemos pedido la cena en la habitación y se la entregaron no sé a quien, son las 23:18 y no sabemos nada de la cena, bajamos a la recepción y nos dice que la cena está entregada, no entiendo como un hotel de esta cadena hotelera puede contratar personal tan incompetente y poco responsable. Venimos cada dos meses y desde luego no pienso volver a un hotel con tanto incompetente trabajando en esta cadena hotelera.

Kamar cukup nyaman luas bersih , ada parkiran gedung namun berbayar , tersedia parkiran buat mobil listrik juga. Lokasi hotel bagus. Akses lift bisa langsung ke parkiran memudahkan kita memasukan barang ke mobil

It is an excellent hotel, modern, clean and friendly. Perfect breakfast buffet available. Unfortunately a bit far away from the central parts of the city and the old town, not walking distance but requiring to use the shuttle, bus or a taxi. For transport to the airport book directly from the hotel as this showed to be significantly cheaper.

Ένα πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο σχετικά κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο. |Πολύ άνετο και καθαρό… είναι για να μένεις μέρες. |Το προσωπικό πολύ ευχάριστο και άμεσο. Το πρωινό ήταν παρά πολύ καλό. |Μου έδωσαν αναβάθμιση δωματίου και ήταν σαν να είμαι σε ένα μικρό σπίτι στον 14ο όροφο! |Το μόνο σχετικά «αρνητικό» είναι το ασανσέρ στο πάρκινγκ που αν δεν προσέξεις θα χτυπήσεις το αμάξι επειδή είναι οριακά με το αμάξι!|Σας ευχαριστώ!

Mooi hotel aan de rand van Ljubljana. Vriendelijk personeel en uitstekend ontbijt. Ip liop agstand van grote winkelcentra. Taxi service naar de binnenstad kost €8.00 ongeacht hoeveel personen per auto. Ongeveer 10min rijden.
