I really like my stay there. The hotel was really good and the room were nice. The stuff was really friendly. I was lucky enough to find someone there that speaks arabic which really helped me and my friends even more. I’m definitely going there again!!

Child protection on adult TV content should be applied...My 2&4 year old kids switched it on with just one click. 🙄 Apart from that, all perfect!🙂 I know it is mainly a business hotel, so maybe my comment isn't relevant. Business people deserve some instant joy.😄

Unprofessional reception. 1. When check in, said my room type is as same as i requested for double room. I get a twin in the end. Reception said sorry told me wrong information when check in, they gave me twin room indeed. However, there is no any room available to change. 2. I check in around 19:30, and about 21:30, 2 rooms, 4 luggage not been sent to my room yet. Reception said it is not possible making mistake as porter sent everything. Then they believed driver didnt take all luggage completely from bus. In the end, porter find the luggage in private room, they forgot it. 3. The water temperature in my bath room is unstable, 10 second for extremely cold and 10 second for extremely hot. I call reception, they said worker is off duty, and there is no room could change. I asked him how i could get a shower, and he reply: " I DON'T KNOW, I HAVE NO IDEA. " Make me crazy i get this answer from a reception of international chain hotel!

I had a very bad experience in this hotel, unfortunately we have booked for 4 days! 1. The breakfast had a limited options 2. The rooms are so hot and we had to change our room twice because the air conditioner was damaged and the couldn't fix it, even though we put the key card and didn't remove it at all!! 3. The staff manners unprofessional at all, and they do what they want not what the customer want, the have to learn what the meaning of "costumer first". 4. I didn't like to location, more than 15 minutes on car tell we reach the center, and the traffic makes it worse Of course I don't recommend it for anyone

حتى نجمة لا يستحق، كموقع فهو بعيد عن مركز المدينة ولكنه في وسط محلات تجارية لمحبي التسوق، تجربتي جداً سيئة و لن أسكن مجدداً في هذا الفندق، أعطوني غرفة و المكيف لا يعمل، و بعد الاتصال للموظفين الغير محترفين حقيقةً مع النزلاء، أعطوني غرفة أخرى و أيضاً المكيف حار جداً !! هذه اخر ليلة لي في هذا الفندق حقاً و لا أنصح أحدكم بالسكن هنا 👎🏽

Very nice business hotel. If you don't mind being outside of the center place, this is place for you. Very rich buffet breakfast, big rooms, very clean, good wifi (could work without problem).

Der Teppich im Zimmer war leider nicht wirklich sauber, sehr penetranter Geruch, Fenster können leider nicht geöffnet werden. Ansonsten aber dennoch eine gute Erfahrung, wobei das Frühstück trotz der Größe auch maximal mittelmäßig war, trockene Brötchen, Instandkaffee. Wartezeit am Aufzug ist eine Katastrophe.. Service und Standort jedoch nicht zu bemängeln. Wir waren im 11. Stock in der Junior Suite.

Meets the standards you're used to at a Radisson Blu. We'll appointed room, good breakfast and an okay gym. Located where Slovenia's big shopping mall is its a bit away from historic city center but taxis are affordable and it's not a bad walk. Big shout out to Roc and other team members who's name I didn't manage to remember. They organized a mandatory covid test and great taxi driver who made sure I had what was needed and got to the airport on time - THANK YOU!
