The guy on reception was no helpful, thats why we late my husbands ice hockey game. We was waiting 35 minutes. Its so sad, because other people was nice yesterday.

The foods were terrible. If you want to wait in long queues for breakfast , you can go. The amount of tables for food is definitely not enough.

Ci abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte che dire è un business hotel, ottime junior suite( manca il bidet ma non si può avere tutto). Colazione internazionale dalle 8:00 alle 11:00 super fornita dolce e salato.

Do not stay at this hotel! Unhelpful staff and false information provided. This hotel is nowhere near the city centre and when myself and my partner booked this hotel through Booking.com, the website claimed that there was bus that ran from outside the hotel to the city but this wasn’t the case. Infact we had to get taxis backwards and forwards which cost €8-12 a go. The room, well this wasn’t up to standard either, we booked a double bed and ended up with two single beds with next to no pillows or duvets. There weren’t even spare pillows or sheets in the cupboard to use. To make matters worse, room 806, felt it be necessary to shout and scream at 4am on Sunday morning which topped our stayed off! The man on reception was unapologetic and when I raised a complaint again in the morning he didn’t really want to know. Avoid. Book in the city centre which is well worth a visit.

Odličan hotel, čeka se na doručak iz razloga što su stolovi neraspremljeni od predhodnog gosta, pod izgovorom konobara kako ne stiže i to još drsko odgovara. Lift koji od kako smo došli popravljaju ali bezuspešno. Ponuda hrane za doručkom dobra. Krevet udoban, jastuk najlošijeg punjenja, da se ukočite.

Clădirea pare moderna din exterior, dar în interior sunt aspecte care ar putea aduce prospetime: schimbarea machetei, spre exemplu. Prețurile sunt ridicate.

Je voelt je welkom zodra je de lobby binnenkomt,je word vriendelijk onthaalt door balie medewerker Martin. Als toerist krijg je informatie over het land en wat je zeker mort bezichtigen,niets was teveel voor de medewerkers. Personeel restaurant (avondploeg) zalige mensen. Op een paar klein schoonheidsfoutjes hebben wij enorm genoten van het hotel en het land.volgend jaar komen we terug . Dit is echt een aanrader

Plaza Cafe - hotelski bar s prijetnim ambientom, na žalost pa je bila postrežba daleč od nivoja za takšen hotel. Odkrušena skodelica, polita kava, grenka, zažgana kava, neustrezno pripravljen cappuccino (za 2,50€ bi pričakovala vsaj dobro kavo). Vsi smo ljudje in vsi delamo napake, zato samo za takšno postrežbo ne bi komplicirala. Ampak odnos zaposlenih v hotelu, ki naj bi bil na nivoju, žal ne bi smel biti takšen. Po plačilu pri pultu, zahvali in pozdravu pa hladen odnos s strani natakarice, ki ni niti pozdravila nazaj - in ne, ni imela gužve. Vse to so zgolj malenkosti, ki so privedle do izredno negativne celotne izkušnje.
