The Hotel is fine. However, I booked through HRS and it said there is a free airport shuttle plus free mineral water and both didn't exist. I am escalating this with HRS since they should keep their promise or else remove it from the website. Public transport to the center is buses 27 and 07 - beware that early morning and after 10pm there are no frequent connections anymore. Taxi is around €10 to the city and €65 to the airport at 10pm. If there is no hotel shuttle as in my case, be sure to book a transfer on the internet for around €25.

Good hotel, comfortable for a stop and rest during traveling. Nearby the highway. The breakfast is nice, front desk service is kind and helpful.

Médiocre experience. Une personne sur 2 et même le personnel porte le masque, personne ne dit rien. Au petit déjeuner au buffet pas de masque alors que le pass sanitaire n’est pas exigé. Quand tu fais une réflexion courtoise tu te fais menacer. c’est scandaleux. A fuir de toute urgence c’est dangereux. C’est aberrant.

Mettez des fenêtres au lieu d'une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas||... ça evitera de se sentir comme dans un four dans la chambre. La simplicité et l'efficacité fonctionne mieux que du faux luxe raté pour ce prix là.

La pire expérience hôtelière que nous ayons jamais connu. Nous arrivons en voiture après 10 heures de route, les réceptionnistes semblent totalement dépassés mais surtout d'une malhonnêteté rare. Pendant plus d'une heure, on nous fait croire que notre réservation n'a pas été confirmée malgré le prélèvement bancaire effectué et reçu par l'hôtel depuis près d'une semaine. Pour nous faire patienter, on nous offre deux limonades. Enfin, offrir, quand on doit attendre 30 minutes sa limonade car la serveuse doit passer plusieurs coups de fil pour vérifier la gratuité..bref, nous ne sommes pas au bout de nos surprises puisqu'après une heure d'attente on nous propose de repayer une chambre. Perdant notre calme et élevant la voix devant une clientèle plutôt aisée, le réceptionniste trouve subitement notre réservation et nous propose de faire le check-in. Nous pensions ne pas pouvoir faire un mauvais choix en choisissant une chaîne comme le Radisson, c'est la dernière fois qu'ils nous verront. Un tel manque de professionnalisme, de respect - on pourrait presque qualifier ce comportement d'une tentative d'escroquerie sur des voyageurs étrangers - dans un hôtel d'un tel soi-disant standing est parfaitement déplorable.

Buon hotel in posizione decentrata. Camere insonorizzate e ben pulite. Ottimo servizio in generale come da tradizione Radisson. Sala colazione affollata e piatti già preparati, se si desidera qualcosa fuori buffet le attese sono deprimenti, sarà stato il periodo? Punto di ricarica veicoli al piano -2 del garage dal quale si accede con ascensore per auto. ATTENZIONE alle misure della vostra auto. Il centro città è raggiungibile in taxi a soli 8 euro o il bus la fermata è a 250m circa. Nei dintorni centri commerciali e le attrazioni ludiche dei centri WOOP.

Me he hospedado tres dias en este magnifico hotel y en mi opinion es genial. Comodisima cama ,habitacion amplia silenciosa y limpia .Al igual que el baño. limpio y comodo.Excelente comida con bufet libre. y gran comedor. La unica pequeña pega en que esta un poco alejado del centro.Pero si se enseña la tarjeta del hotel (en el caso de que cojais un taxi ) os haran descuento.

Prima hotel voor een dagje Ljubljana, redelijke afstand van het centrum/old town. Met taxi €8 (avondtarief dubbele) goede parkeergelegenheid en goed ontbijt!! Kamers zoals de meeste hotelkamers, geen opvallende extras. Goede bedden!!

Good hotel. Good food. Customer service was good too. Easy parking. The decor and quality of rooms were excellent. I would give it a 4.5 star. I felt that the hotel was a bit cold for families. There was no touch of welcoming young kids which I experienced in other 4 star chain hotels like Best Western or Hilton.
