I ponovo smo boravili u hotelu Radison, vise i ne broimo koji je put 🥰. Kao i uvek fenomenalan hotel, predivno osoblje, precisto, izbor hrane za dorucak izvanredan. Moram teska srca da izdvoim dve osobe, a da ne povredim druge predivne osobe.Mlada zena u sank baru Natasa i recepvionar Blaz....preljubazni, ali to zaista ne znaci da su drugi manje ljubazni...Bravo za menadzmet, bravo za gospodina Hatica. Veliko srce svima..❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The rooms are nice and cleaned daily. The full service bar was really nice Kumar's service was excellent. Some prices were quite expensive like 5 euro for a bottle of coke the alcohol prices were standard. Overall my stay was excellent.

Good location with Shopping mall, IKEA 5-10mins walk away. Cozy room, clean beddings with ample power sockets. Good breakfast spread.. Love everything about this hotel 👏🏻

Very nice and stylish hotel. One of the best perks is parking. It's a nightmare parking around the city park and in BTC. Just head to reception, and they sort out private parking. Check-in is smooth. Staff are friendly. The upgrade to the Jr suite is worth the price. The room is very clean, modern, and spacious. The only issue we had was that the phone wasn't connecting to reception to order room service. I had to call their normal landline from my phone. They couldn't find my reservation, although we checked in 30 minutes prior, and I had to head down to reception, which was quite inconvenient after showering after a long day and putting pjs on. I wasn't given a proper apology. Hope they will explain how to contact other customers better. This a minir issue, so it didn't deter too much from my enjoyment of the hotel.||Other than that, the breakfast was nice, and overall ambience was super. Will go back for sure

I've really enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel. The room was very spacious and kept clean. My favorite was the breakfast buffet! As a millennial, I prefer buffet style rather than going through the servers. The food quality was amazing and there were lots of healthy choices! Do you want a salad with healthy dressing options? Greek yogurt with nuts? Warm egg scramble, bacon, sausages, stir fried veggies? Cheese and salamis? Quality bread and butter. You got everything. Don't forget breakfast cappuccino. Not in the mood for coffee? How about juice?||||The location is so-so. It's in BTC which was not in a city center, but there's a shopping mall nearby. I thought BTC was a cryptocurrency.||||The lobby area is cozy and there were full of nice folks in the bar & cafe. Business area was good. Gym was okay as well.||||The staffs are super nice and professional. I can see that they like what they do very much!||||Water pressure, temperature and quality was good, too. You can drink tap water here, though the water is hard.||||My only issue was the poorly designed shower booth. There's no way to avoid watering outside the shower booth. I liked the shower fixture though.||||It would be great if I could mark "do not disturb" / "make up room" digitally.

Come here because of work many times (around a dozen times now) and there's not have been one time that the AC/heating works alright. Also if you need stable wifi go somewhere else because they don't have it. Literally 3rd world internet connection.

Really beautiful and comfortable hotel. They were able to check us in early (family of 4 including 1 year old). Room was accommodating for us. Toilet water pressure was low so might to flush a couple of times but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Plaza Café Bar downstairs was a nice relaxing spot for some drinks and chitchat. We also tried their Plaza Burger and it was delicious. Breakfast bar had everything we needed and more, same for our little ones. Big selection of foods.. bread, croissant, cakes, eggs, crepes, cheese, fruits, etc etc. We will definitely recommend this hotel for couples or families with kids. Is perfect for both! The environment is very cozy and relaxing during this time. We loved it and definitely coming back real soon!

Sve je bilo izvrsno,udobno,jako čisto i uredno,doručak izvrstan. Jedina zamjerka naplata vlastitog parkinga 15 eur.na dan.Ali svakako preporuka!

I woke up at 8 am from drilling from above. They couldn’t change the room; they didn’t care about the guests’ sleep. Disappointed

Hotel is good location and near to CityPark mall. Within walking distance. The room is spacious and looked like newly renovated. But first time, came across hotel does not provide complimentary coffee and tea.

Im Gewerbegebiet, viele kostenpflichtige nicht überdachte Parkplätze neben Hotel sowie Parkhaus (Pkw Aufzug). Große saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes reichliches Frühstück. Einkaufszentrum fußläufig erreichbar. Stadtzentrum mit Pkw in ca 10 Minuten Entfernung. Aus meiner Sicht gutes Preisleistung Verhältnis und empfehlenswert.
