الفندق جميل، والموظفة كلميدي هي السبب اللي يخليني في حال رديت لسلوفينيا أبات بنفس الفندق. Beautiful hotel, and one of the staff called (Kelmedi) is the reason why i would stay again in this hotel if am going to visit Slovenia again.

Het was zo warm in de kamer er viel niet te slapen en de airco deed het ook niet. Doucheophanging ontbreekt en de douche werd alleen maar heet en koud om en om. uiteindelijk erg slechte nacht gehad! Toen dit uiteindelijk gemeld werd er gezegd had je het nachts maar moeten melden. Dus hier gaan we nooit meer heen.

Horrible stay… I wanted to enjoy my stay at Ljubljana like in 2019., I took the same hotel like last year, but a lot of things have changed this year.. However, the hotel was a disappointment from the moment we arrived. We took a twin room, but we didn't get towels for two person, and also amenities were prepered just for one person.. The worst thing was the poor breakfast without any labels, we don't eat pork, so we couldn't take any meal from the poor buffet selection... Stuff was trying their best, but management should thing about those issues...

I stayed in this hotel for four nights. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. However, housekeeping needs to be improved. Room was not cleaned well enough. We did not get towels for two people and there was only one shower cap. Breakfast is very poor. There is not enough food variety, and on breakfast there are not labels for every meal. Therefore, if you do not eat pork you will have hard time to distinguish what food is without pork. Although, overall staff is very friendly and helpful( houskeeping and reception) that is not the case with staff on breakfast. Chef was not helpful and breakfast attended are not the best one (maybe because I came to breakfast early in the morning). For four days there was the same breakfast, they should change something from time to time. However, there were great complementary apples on reception ( best I ever ate).

Upozorenje za sve radnike koji traze posao u ovom hotelu!!!! Prijavila sam se na oglas za sobarice,dobila sam mejl o terminu za razgovor.Na moj zahtjev da se napisu uslovi o radu odgovor je bio morate doci licno.Presla sam 600km i napravila trosak putovanja da bi mi saopstili sve sto su mogli napisati u mejlu,da je plata min 720eu plus prevoz 37 eu.Toliko o bljestavilu u ovom hotelu u svjetskoj destinaciji. Pamet u glavu u dogovorima za posao!!! Hvala sto ste procitali!!!
