Teljesen korrekt, tiszta, nagy wellness. Egyedül a bazi nagy fotelt nem értettük a szobában, viszont a rengeteg fa használata a hotelben nekem nagyon tetszett. Az étterem kilátása zseniális.

We weren’t planning on staying here but all other options were full. We are so glad that circumstances led us to the Riki Balance hotel. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Room price reasonable. Views over the lake were amazing. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast that is included in the room rate was fantastic - so much to choose from including eggs cooked to order.

Very nice accommodation. Great breakfast but the dinner is not as good as it used to be, less choice and less quality. The pool area is big enough for a hotel this size with beautiful views of the lake and castle. The surrounding lake area doesn't need words. Great experience. I will recommend.

It's a good hotel but it's old and jaded there are many hotels in the area I don't really recommend to waste time here. The breakfast spread is average but good quality of food. The elevator are really too slow as they are overfull The rooms have really limited space and even the bathrooms

The hotel is very nice, breakfast good. What stops giving a 5/5 is the staff, especially at reception, they come across very abrupt. Also witnessed many struggling with luggage and nobody to assist. |With some staff training, this hotel would be 5☆☆☆☆☆

Kratki odmor s obitelji. Hotel je blizu centra grada na brdu. Do centra postoji stepenište koje vodi do jezera. Kad smo stigli u Hotelu je bio međunarodni skup pa nismo mogli prići do glavnog ulaza. Morali smo proći kroz sigurnosnu provjeru te smo kofere nosili sa parkirališta. Osoblje na recepriji nas je ljubazno primilo ali očito je bilo previše posla sa gostima međunarodnog skupa pa su nas poslali prema sobi bez uputa za saune i bazen. Bazen je odličan za djecu i odrasle. Postoji više bazena, veliki tobpgan za djecu i jacuzzi sa vručom vodom. Sve je čisto i uredno. Doručak je dobar ali u usporedbi sa ostalim hotelima te klase izbor je nešto slabiji. Sobe su velike, krevet udoban, naša soba je bila sa pogledom na jezero pa smo svaku večer mogli uživati u prekrasnim zalascima sunca. Preporuka za obitelji sa djecom.

My stay at the Rikli Balance Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I spent two nights at this stunning hotel, and from the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the breathtaking views and the warm hospitality. The breakfast was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.||The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. A special mention to Stefe Maja, who played a crucial role in making my stay extraordinary. After proposing to my girlfriend at the picturesque Lake Bled, Stefe Maja helped arrange a beautiful room decoration and even assisted with booking a fantastic local restaurant. She also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions.||The experience was so perfect that we’re already planning to return during the winter to see the area blanketed in snow. I highly recommend the Rikli Balance Hotel for anyone visiting Lake Bled.

We were very disappointed! It is not reported that today and tomorrow ministers and generals from all over the world are holding meetings in the hotel. You have to move your car! We didn't feel like guests.

Nice hotel overlooking Lake Bled. Large comfortable room with lovely balcony. Good breakfast and lovely lobby. My room was a bit worn with stained carpets and broke. Gaskets on the shower but It was still very comfortable. Could use new carpet and a repair in the bathroom.

We had 3 wonderful day’s at the hotel and Bled lake. We recommend truly, great choice for breakfast and dinner. Room was comfortable and the bed real slovenian quality, Fantastic alpine cold tap water!! We loved and we come back for sure!
