American here that typically shoots for 3 and 4 star hotels that doesn’t often write reviews. This hotel is meh. The location is good, but others in town are better. The service was fine - although they brought tea to my room with no cup or spoon for the honey. The massage at the spa was good though. The biggest issue is the rooms. They have nice modern decor but are not well ventilated and the A/C will not go below 72 for eco reasons. The absolute worst part is the bed. Just terrible. Especially the pillows. Not a good night sleep here. I expect and hope there are better options in this lovely town.

Amazing room with a beautiful view of the lake and castle, staff are very friendly and helpful! Perhaps a child only pool and adult only pool as it can get a bit loud but doesn't take away from the hotel.

We loved having this hotel as a base for our week long stay in Lake Bled! We had a lake view room which was 100% worth the upgrade. Booking through TUI we had the half board option which isn’t something we typically book, however we were surprised with how good the evening food was, with completely different options every evening (we were anticipating only slight changes every night). The pool was lovely, however we didn’t visit too much as we took full advantage of swimming in the lake daily. I do think it would benefit from one of the top pools being adult only as there were lots of kids around. ||The only disadvantage was that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t great and we did find the rooms a little warm. ||Thank you for the perfect week in lake bled, we would love to come back in the cooler months as well!

Sehr freundliches Personal, angefangen beim Parklotsen, Dame an der Rezeption wechselte von Englisch auf Deutsch, als sie merkte, dass wir Deutsch sprechen, bis hin zum Facility Personal. Rezeptionistin gab Informationstipps für Unternehmungen in Bled und Umgebung. Lage fast direkt am See und Bootanlegestelle (einige Treppenstufen entfernt), Mercator in der Nähe. Tolles Schwimmbad, mit Rutsche und Whirlpool. Gutes, reichhaltiges und qualitativ hochstehendes Frühstücksbuffet. TV Sender mit vielen Kanälen (auch Deutsche)

Nice and convenient location. Beds were comfortable. The pool area was not as expected, with most of it being indoors.The outdoor pool is the size of a large hot tub with limited loungers. The air conditioning generally does not work. It provides minimal cooling. The front staff said it only reached 22.5C but it was mo where near that temperature. We tried 2 different rooms and it was difficult to sleep as a result. There is also an issue with ventilation at this hotel. Breakfast was ok. There was no outdoor dining options and felt the photos were a bit misleading. The room was clean and our lake views were fantastic. We enjoyed the natural surroundings and went paddleboarding on Lake Bled, which was lovely. We will be back to visit Bled, but will not be staying at this hotel due to the price for experience.

+ Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, große (auch vegane) Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet - Teppichboden. Ich fragte beim Frühstück , ob jener Aufstrich vegan sei - junger Kellner antwortet: keine Ahnung und geht. Nicht sehr motiviert. Poolanlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

I wanted to give 1 star but because of the friendly girl who let us check out 4 nights earlier (we booked 5) and the nice swimmingpool, I give 2. Other staff is rude or not interested but my main complaint is the non-existancy of the airconditioning. ||We choosed this hotel for having one, above other cheaper hotels who had none. In the room there was one radiator giving cold air but it reached 5cm high and did not to anything in the room. It was totally useless. It was hot outside. The room felt like a sauna, even with the balcony door open. The room felt cramped, hot and me and my 2 kids had a terrible night.||PLEASE stop advertising as rooms with aircon. Avoid this hotel if you like a fresh, healthy, chill room during sommertimes.||I am still thinking about wheather I will demand may 248 Euro back for 1 night but we were so happy we could leave this hotel earlier, that I did not think about the fact that we were in fact misleaded with wrong information on which we based our booking.

I have this hotel 5 stars because the service was exceptional, the breakfast was delightful, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice size and the view from the room is spectacular. However keep in mind that the A/C the rooms is almost non existent, I saw it in the previous reviews and i addressed it at the front desk but I just don’t think the units are capable, whatever it is they need to address it because it’s terrible and we sweated our butts off sleeping. However, other than that it was a great experience but I would never come back due to the lack of A/C. We are in Plitvice and the a/c here is amazing thank God!

Expérience extrêmement décevante dans cet hôtel dont le rapport qualité/prix est beaucoup trop exagéré… Hôtel spa en demi pension : la piscine n’offre qu’un tout petit accès à l’extérieur, l’accès au spa est payant alors que le prix de la chambre est déjà excessif, et la qualité de la nourriture est très moyenne. Le plus gros point noir : 4h après avoir quitté la chambre, nous nous rendons compte d’avoir oublié 2 chemises dans le placard de la chambre… après 1 mail et 2 appels : ils n’auraient « pas mis la main » sur nos affaires… je n’ai jamais vu ce genre de réaction. Je déconseille tout particulièrement cet hôtel.

Es un hotel correcto, con una ubicación muy buena para conocer Bled, el lago, castillo,etc.|Las habitaciones tan bien, amplias, con una terraza que tiene vistas al lago y u baño correcto, un poco pequeño|Las camas son un poco incómodas, demasiado firmes para mi gusto|La insonorización es buena y se puede descansar bien.|Tiene un spa completo aunque con acceso restringido a algunas zonas del mismo, pero la piscina está muy bien, tanto la exterior, como la interior.|El desayuno es sencillo, con una calidad media|El aparcamiento es en el exterior y cuesta 10.-€ el día por dejar el coche subido a una acera, ya que en estas fechas suele estar muy concurrido.

Amazing place, nice big clean rooms, staff in all hotel from receptionist to house keeping stuff very nice and kind. As i had a birthday during my stay, they served as a surprise a small champagne into the room. Very pleasant stay, great location, we will come again.

Really great spot right on Lake Bled. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Balconies offer great lake views. (And an awesome spot to play cards in a storm.) The pool area is large and draws many kids. Breakfast is great but dinner, less so. There are solid eating options close by.

The hotel is beautifully decorated in a rustic look.|They have some sensory feel patch outside (walk without your shoes)|Rooms are on the most part are quiet. We opened our slide doors to let the breeze in.|There is really not much to do here other than relaxing.|They have some souvenir shops and a few places to eat closer to the lake. |you really need to have a car to get around here.|In order to use their spa facilities you have to book weeks in advance.|Buffet breakfast was okay

The laundry service was bad, I gave them the laundry in a bag & they brought it back the next day in the bag without washing just ironing . I discovered that after I left the hotel & paid them about 50 € . The massage in the spa was not that good and didn’t deserve 60 €

Firstly I would like to say that I would have given this hotel five stars if it weren't for one glaring problem- the air-con (or in fact the lack of air-con). My wife and I just returned to the UK after a week here visiting lake bled for our wedding. The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were very nice, the breakfast and wellness centre were very nice also. This hotel loses its possible 5 stars from me due to the non existent air-con in the room. It was 31 degrees on average during our stay (very hot sun) and there is no greater feeling than returning to your room for a nice cool down and a cool sleep. This was impossible here, the air con unit did basically nothing and had zero impact on the temperature in the room. It really ruined the stay, during the day and night it was like living in a sauna. We proactively tried to avoid being in the room due to this. Please fix this issue for other guests. It really is not good enough considering you are one of the more expensive hotels in the area.

The views were postcard-beautiful from our balcony. Truly difficult to describe in words. See the pics.|We went as a family, kids 19 & 16. Got two rooms next door to each other. The lobby is gorgeous! We were a little disappointed that the hotel didn’t have much of a bar or restaurant so you have to walk a little bit to get some food. The hotel bar also closed quite early, so we had a lot more fun at The Devil pub down by the lake.

Veldig hyggelige ansatte. Deilig rom. Veldig god frokostbuffet. Spaet var mer som et badeland, ikke så veldig avslappende.
