Excellent hotel resort. The very modern hotel was very comfortable. Our corner room, 725, had a beautiful view of the valley. The room was very spacious. The thermal pools are enormous. You get a fluffy bathrobe and slippers.The complex has indoor and outdoor areas. There are three outdoor hot tubs, one of which is so big you can swim laps, short ones. The sauna complex has 5 different|saunas, Finnish, herbal, steam, infared, and one more. There is a cold plunge pool in the sauna area. The sauna is complete nude! No bathing suits. You get one sauna visit included in the room rate, after that it’s 15 euros each. We booked a two night stay with secretescapes.de, a german travel site. Our room, breakfast, and dinner was 136€ night, two night minimum.||The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were both great. Many choices and dining room very nice and airy. At dinner we ordered wine and beer, 3-5 €. The dinner service does not provide water or coffee free of charge. ||I had one massage, from Elena, originally from Russia. A 50 minute massage was 65€. She was a wonderful masseuse.||The lounge area on the 7th floor had a great view of the valley. The room is very inviting. Throughout the hotel they play lovely piano music.||The grounds are huge, just outside the main town of Lasko. We didn’t have enough time for the hiking trails.||The town of Celje is about 20 minutes by car. The castle and museum are well worth a visit. The history of the nobility of Celje and the Roman preservation are superb. The area has a history of glass making. The old town area of Celje was walkable and a pedestrian zone. The Europa hotel looks like the place to stay.

Our room had just a tall window facing the hill, horrible view. Also the very small fridge had major leaking, not suitable for storing small drinks or any kind of snacks. Very small bathing & swimming capacities, mostly crowded. Food was okay, but drinks were highly overpriced (at the swimming pool & in the restaurant inside). And what's the worst: on our last day we found roaches on carpet in the hallway. Unfortunately we brought them home & we're still having problems with extermination. Never visiting this place again !

Stayed there for 2 nights but forgot my electric tootbrush in the room when leaving. Contacted hotel about it after 1 or 2 days but it was not found. I'm sure room service took it - traveled with a car and tootbrush was not found in it. Not nice for such high rated hotel.

Rooms and services connected to the room are subpart. We paid extra for a room with a jacuzzi where the jacuzzi was not working. Workers we barging in the room to "fix" it while my girlfriend was showing (mind the bathroom door does not close all the way). Even after complaining to the reception, we did not even receive apologies, just packed and left. I recommend you book the pool and/or spa services separately and have accommodation somewhere else! The pool and spa center are nice and worth the price if you do not use the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very rude and useless.

Kada hoćete vidjet i osjetit raj to je to.Svaki odlazak tamo oslobađa me gomile stresa i vraćam se kao leptirić.Pohvale svemu od hrane koja je savršena ,Švedski stol , do izuzetno ljubaznog osoblja,čistoće soba,udobnost kreveta, jastuka,pogled,šetnje po šumi.Fantastični bazeni.Samo pohvale zaslužuju svi od vlasnika do cijelog osoblja.Bravo !

The pools looks clean and ok if you came in the hot months. In winter the water is too cold.|Our waiter did not do his job. I think he need more training how to do his job and how to speak to the customer.The table was dirty and he did not clean it. We order 0.5l beer and recive only 0.4l (beer with foam). It is better to order it in can. |The food was OK but the prices are very high.|If you are in dilema I recomended that you pick another spa.

Danes obiskala Rimske Toplice. Glede na to, da imajo hladno vodo v tem vročem vreme paše ohladitev v hladni vodi. V hladnejših mesecih obiska ne priporočam. Vsekakor pa ne priporočam obiska bazenskega bara, kjer ne znajo pobrisati mize za gosti in piješ naročeno pijačo za umazano mizo. Natakar brez vprašanja zapre senčnik, da se mu moraš še ti umikati saj drugače dobiš senčnik po glavi. Tisti, ki pijete pivo raje naročite v pločevinki saj tokratni natakar žal ne ve kaj je 0.5l piva. Prinese ti pivo s peno in na koncu ga imas v kozarcu malo manj kot 0.4l za isti denar. Izbira hrane ni najboljša in vsekakor predraga. Če bi se rada imeli lepo brez dodatnega stresa priporočam obisk katerih drugih toplic. Bazenski bar naj bi bil odprt do 18.00 a so se zaposleni kar sami odločili, da ga bodo zaprli že prej in smo tako obiskovalci ostali brez pijače.

Pišem u ime svog svekra (92god) koji se upravo vratio i pod takvim je dojmom da ne prestaje pričati o boravku tamo! Dakle sve je odlično, hrana, smještaj, ali osoblje nadasve. Toliko su brižni i uvijek pri ruci da zaista zaslužuju javnu pohvalu. Hvala!
