The positives are that it is overall clean. Pools: The pools are definitely not the advertised heat, they were only half full, because there has been some sort of mechanical failure according to the staff. We were informed of that only AFTER we paid by a staff member inside the pool complex. The downstairs pool is accessible by a staircase or the outside. At the end of the staircase one can find a neat pile of dead bugs and other debris. Sauna: 4 of the 9 or so saunas were apparently "out of order" yet we had to pay full price which is, same as the charging full price for pools that are literally filled only half way, close to being a scam. Edit: in the evening the saunas were all the sudden working which indicates that they don't heat them up due to coat saving measurements. A better way of doing that would be to put a timetable on the saunas indicating when they are opening instead. Food: The food was plentyful, but tasteless. I really have no idea how making a simple veggie broth can go so bad. It tasted like water. Maybe one should not operate a restaurant if one doesn't know how to make a simple vegetable soup. The meat was better, but the chicken tasted as if it was fried in 5 year old oil. There were 2 coffee machines, both of them turned off and no coffee on the menu to order. Allthough I have to admit I didn't try to order one.

Das ist leider, qualitativ eher auf „Jugendherbergsniveau“.|Was schade ist, denn vielfältig ist es.|Aber eine angebrannte Suppe, ein trocken gebratener Fisch … das darf nicht sein.|Ansonsten fehlt der „Pep“ bei allen Speisen.|Lediglich der Nachtisch ist ein 4 Sterne Nachtisch.|Die Zimmer sind groß, ja die Klimaanlage ist etwas zu kühl und lässt sich nur schlecht steuern. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht…|Naja - leider keine 4 Sterne - Schade

We only used the pool and had a massage, so I can’t comment on the hotel and rooms. All the staff were lovely. Pool was great and the massages were some of the best we ever had. Very professional and good. Only thing that let it down was that the sauna’s don’t open till 14, which it doesn’t say on their website.

Vrlo ugodan boravak. Sobe nisu velike i nešto posebno opremljene. Osobno mi je nedostajao hladnjak, ostalo ok. Klimatizacija nečujna lako upravljiva. Hrana ok, veliki izbor jela, za svakoga ponešto. Osoblje diskretno, ali na usluzi. Bazeni ok, uredni. S obzirom na veličinu glavnog bazena može biti gužve, možda mala zamjerka radnom vremenu bazena (8 do 21 sat), osobno bi mi više odgovaralo da se otvara od 7 pa do 22 sata, ali to je stvar osobnog ritma. Uglavnom, ugodno i tiho mjesto za odmor i po potrebi medicinske tretmane.

It was very pleasant in the hotel (with a great view) and in the pools and around - in the July heatwave. (Except one thing which we missed: there is no cold water pool where you can swim even 10 m.)|We had only minor issues:|The room is OK, and thanks to the location it is not warm (the hotel was built on a hillside). However, the air con couldnt be handled: on or off, and if it is on, the temperature becomes too cold. In the room we were not satisfied with the lighting. The bulbs are weak and there is no reading lamp.|There is no ventillation in the bathroom, thus everything remains wet. |The hotel is not new, but they strive to keep it clean.|Foods are OK in terms of quality and quantity, but for a 4* hotel more can be expected, e.g. there is not a real vegetarian option (although the salad buffet is perfect). Desserts, fruits are also great! Mineral water from the local would have been offered.

Negativ: Achtung Anmeldegebühr. Safe und Garage und Kühlschrank kosten extra. Das Essen jeden Tag das Gleiche und viele Sachen vom Vortag kamen am nächsten Tag wieder auf das Buffet. Die Getränke sind generell sehr teuer. Gereinigt wurde nur das Bad und die Betten gemacht. Der Staub beim Einchecken lag beim Auschecken immer noch. Zahlung Kurtaxe.|Positiv: Schöne Wasserlandschaft.

We stayed there for four days, a quick trip. (According to the fact is not so far away from Austria) The receptionist ist really unfriendly. (I understand she is young and a student but is no go for me) She doesn’t smile at all, she seems bothered and we realised even more during our stay. We asked some information and she was always super unfriendly. Sad. The food is on average, nothing special. The room was old and not the best. The pools are nice and the sauna too, pity that some saunas were closed (3/4 of them). The girls in the swimming pool entrance are super nice and friendly, a special mention goes to the blonde/with long hair (I forgot the name) who recommended the massages. The massages were really good, both Matea and Urska (I hope I wrote it correctly) were amazing. A special mention goes also to the guy from the bar, he ordered for us the cake and he took care of it, always smiling and friendly. His colleague a bit less. The breakfast and the dinner are okay, is just a bit creepy eating and ten people looking at you standing in front. In general I think is a nice hotel but I don’t think they can claim the 4 stars. Some services must renovate and more over details are always important, like a smile that doesn’t cost anything. Or asking how it went at the check out. Is something important.||Ah I forgot to say that the fire alarm was crazy the first night, it was going on and off each 10 minutes.||Details. As I said, are really important.

Hotel in mezzo ad un parco bellissimo, con una vista sul verde stupenda.|Camera lato bosco grande e silenziosa, bagno ok l'unica cosa è che sarebbe meglio mettere delle mensole in più. Piscine belle con acqua termale.|Si mangia nella media. Abbastanza vicino alla stazione, per andare a Lubiana e Ptuj abbiamo preso treno ed è stato tutto comodo.

We can only give a feedback on thermal + sauna area. The experience was great! The pools were clean, quiet and great was also the temperature of the water. We loved also the saunas (swimming suit not allowed). We strongly recommend this terme! For future visitors, remember to take with you your slippers ;)

Leider war die Qualität der Speisen nicht so gut wie die Auswahl. Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht individuell eingestellt werden. Auch die Heizspirale konnte man nicht aktivieren, das wäre hilfreich um die Badesachen zu trocknen. Zum Baden benötigt man am besten ein eigenes Badetuch.

Od 2017. godine smo redovni gosti. Sigurno se ne bi vraćali da nije dobro. Usluga, čistoća super ... o bazenu i mlaznicama sve naj ... bolje. Prelep doživljaj ... svoji na svome ... pohvale celoj ekipi koja nam omogućava osećaj "kao kod kuće".

Decko i ja smo se danas zaputili u Rimske terme. Ocarani prirodom i cistocom bazena i ugodnom atmosferom, ubrzo je sve palo u vodu. Mladi par je u sredini unutarnjeg bazena su vodili ljubav, moj decko je otisao do osoblja i to napomenuo, nitko nije reagirao. Ubrzo nakon snošaja u unutarnjem bazenu isli su i u vanjski bazen, moj decko je ponovno otisao do osobolja i napomenuo isti par sto rade, na sto nam je osoblje odgovorilo da oni nemaju ovlasti izbaciti goste van, no imaju ovlasti zastitari koji nisu napravili nista. Platili smo 40€ da se kupamo u bazenu gdje se netko seksa i svršava, toliko o nasem dozivljaju. Lp

War das erste mal in der Therme und im Hotel und war sehr zufrieden mit beidem,die Suite mit Whirlpool war echt Klasse und die Massage die ich gebucht habe war auch top 👍🏼 Werde bestimmt wieder kommen
