We stayed for 3 days at Sibon Wine & Spa. What a magnificent ambiance. Beautiful, atmospheric rooms, perfect breakfast and dinner. Definitely worth repeating and highly recommended for anyone wanting to visit the wine region of Jeruzalem

My stay at Sibon Wine and Spa Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled in the scenic hills around Jeruzalem, this boutique hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards, making it a perfect escape for nature and wine lovers. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The air conditioning throughout the property was a welcome relief during the warm summer days. One of the highlights of my stay was the extensive spa facilities. The spa, with its sauna and pool, provided a serene retreat to unwind. However, it's worth noting that the spa services are somewhat limited compared to what one might expect from a full-fledged spa resort. Nevertheless, the ambiance and amenities more than made up for it. The breakfast was delightful, featuring a wide selection of hot and cold options, including fresh eggs cooked to order. The dining experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were attentive and always eager to assist. Special mention must be made of Renata, who truly made our stay memorable. Her dedication and friendliness were apparent in every interaction, making us feel right at home. The staff overall were exceptional, ensuring that every need was met promptly and with a smile. In summary, Sibon Wine and Spa Resort is a gem in the heart of Slovenia's wine country. Its beautiful location, excellent facilities, and outstanding staff make it a perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. For those seeking tranquility, great wine, and warm hospitality, Sibon Wine and Spa Resort is a must-visit.

PRO|We had a fantastic time at this small boutique hotel. It is beautifully situated in the hills around Jeruzalem, Slovenia, overlooking the vineyards, and has a swimming pool. They also have an extensive spa and massages.|The rooms are big, nice and new. Air conditioning everywhere. Breakfast was delicious.|CON|The restaurant only offers a full dinner menu. We regret that there is no a la carte menu available. But a 5-minute drive away is an excellent restaurant with a terrace that I can recommend (Taverna Kupljen Jerusalem Svetinje).

We spent the weekend here to get away from all the hustle and bustle of the city and it was very peaceful. The hotel is very well located between all the wineries and has a spa which you can use during your stay. They have a pool which kind of overlooks the valley and enough seating for everyone to enjoy the view. The rooms are very clean and modern and well equipped. The breakfast is also plentiful and they offer freshly made eggs each morning. The service was good and friendly. Only thing which wasn’t working or not clear how to use was the hot tub as it didn’t look open. We also wanted to book a couples massage but it wasn’t available either. Other than that, a nice weekend get away with friendly staff and great views.

Amazing ambiance, great room, attentive staff, nice breakfast. We only stayed for one night as a stopover on our way to the sea - and we are soo glad we did! The region is more than charming and this hotel is in the middle of it. We loved the practical and aesthetic rooms and design. Will be back!

Absolutely brilliant. Loved this hotel. Looks even better than the pictures. Stunning views pool is great and very well maintained. Staff very kind spoke very good English and German. Staff organised two wine tastings for us in local vineyards. Dinner is 4 course set menu which changes each day, meat or fish option. Great way to sample Slovenia cuisine.

die Lage ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind teilweise geräumig bis ausreichend groß, nur die Zimmertüren haben ein automatisches Schließsystem das „UNBEDINGT“ nachgestellt gehört - man ist die halbe Nacht munter da die Türen so „zuknallen“, könnte man sicher einstellen das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, erfüllt alles machbare, sogar das Schwimmen zeitig in der Früh, so ab 06:30 morgens kein Problem man sollte nur sein Zimmer (Fenster) nicht gerade in Richtung des Pools haben, sonst ist mit geruhsamen Ausschlafen nichts das Essen ist wunderbar, vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen ein Traum - auch hier ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und bemüht ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Küche so das wäre es mal im großen und ganzen, könnte sein das wir uns mal Wiedersehen, sag niemals nie mal sehen ob die Zimmertüren dann leise schließen ???? schau ma mal

We can only recommend this spa hotel for a getaway in the “styrian” Toscana. - It is in a very nice, quiet location with beautiful views - They accommodated us perfectly with gluten-free and vegan breakfast and dinner - The staff is very friendly and engaged - Rooms are top notch - Great selection of good local wines - You can rent ebikes at reasonable prices Although our stay was overall super nice we think for this price range it lacks the little extra. We would recommend the following improvements: - Provide tea, lemon water and healthy snacks in the spa area. - There is a separate bungalow for chilling outside the spa area. We found it too cold there and it should be warmer. Especially when the hotel occupancy is very high and the spa area is busy. - During our stay there were no options for a hot tub which we were looking forward to. The staff told us that the heater broke. We can understand this as such things happen, however, it felt like it is already broken for a longer period of time and no-one is taking care of it. A respective rebate for our stay would have been appropriate. - We would prefer the outside pool to be heated. Easily done with solar panels installed on the slope and a heater/pump to warm it during the day. - The coffee machine is perhaps a bit outdated and should be replaced. It is very slow and noisy. It runs constantly during breakfast and is hence impacting the otherwise serene atmosphere. Perhaps it should even be placed outside the breakfast room.

Wir haben das Restaurant besucht. |Zunächst ist die Atmosphäre außen und innen wirklich toll. Die Weinberge und die hügeligen Landschaft um das Resort ist zauberhaft. Das Personal ist freundlich und sie sprechen auch deutsch. |Zur Wahl gab es ein 4 Gänge Menü für 55 Euro p.P. , wahlweise Fisch oder Fleisch als Hauptgang. |Leider ist das Essen nicht besonders gut. Es hat absolut keine Klasse. Tut mir leid! Wir hätten uns dort alle etwas mehr erwartet und auch die Gäste an den Nebentischen waren nicht sonderlich begeistert und haben dem Kellner kein gutes Feedback gegeben.|Die Lage des Hotels ist ansonsten wunderschön!
