Great location. hotel is 2 blocks from bus station, and about 8 blocks from downtown Ljubjliana. Very interesting art work in the room, according to a Slovenian Poet's theme.|Place is newly remodeled, and everything is "state of the art". great kitchenette.

Be careful with this apartment!!! Apartment with mould. I lived here for 1 year, from March to February 2021-2022. in one month after entry appeared mold on wall and ceiling. The small bedroom has no heater system and ventilation. At the end of renting painting of the room was done with my money but it doesn’t solve the main problem of mould and each next renter will make renovation again. I am convinced this mould problem should have been solved by the landlord and handed over to the renter.This apartment is good for short term rent not more than one month. Also be careful and take videos and pictures of all details because at the end, your deposit will be used to compensate even discrepancies and damages from previous renters.

What a special place! Slavi has created a stylish, comfortable, and sparkling clean boutique hotel close to all of Ljubljana's historic attractions! The rooms highlight the work of local artists -- ours was gorgeous with lovely neutral colors and splashes of eclectic charm. The room is actually a small apartment with a beautifully tiled shower, dining area, huge comfortable sofa and comfortable bed. There is plenty of storage space, and the kitchen was the best equipped "hotel" kitchen I've encountered. Slavi is a wonderful communicator, and getting the key was a breeze. The location can't be beat -- a few steps from a major bus stop, two small grocery shops and at least two coffee shops, and a five to ten minute walk to historic old Ljubljana. The apartment is quite large (I could easily live there) and the WIFI was strong and reliable. You can see Slavi's attention to detail and love of art in every corner!

I had the pleasure of spending 3 nights in the studio room. I was drawn to the beautiful design and the location was also ideal as it was walking distance from the bus station. The apartment is not just a beautiful celebration of art and design but also very comfortable and functional. I really enjoyed the little touches like the background information on the owner and the apartments, the sense of pride is very obvious and hopefully this means guests take extra care and respect the place. The studio was really spacious and the kitchen had absolutely everything I needed and so well organised. There is a small supermarket just a 2 minute walk away and several restaurants nearby. It was only a 10 to 15 min walk to the river and old town where there are lots of bars and cafes.||As a solo female traveller I really liked that I could open a window at night for fresh air while the shutters provided absolute security and privacy. There are 3 keys to access the apartment and each lock has its own idiosyncrasies so this was a little tedious at first but I soon got the hang of it. I never actually managed to locate the light switch in the lobby so my only suggestion would be to make this clearer. The owner was quick to respond to any messages and I really enjoyed my stay here and my first visit to this lovely city.

the apartment is close to the city center. Nice furnished. Parking possibities nearby. The bathroom is a bit strange. Its is not possible to turn the shower so your hair will always be wet. The light above the bed is centered, so there is no light for reading.

Konstigt ställe, ingen personal, stället var litet och ena tvåbäddsängen var på golvet och mycket oskön, toaletten gick jeller inte att låsa så hoppas inte på lite privacy om du åker med någon

Красивая квартира недалеко от центра Любляны. Гостеприимный хозяин, который оставляет при заезде даже бокалы с вкусным ликером для заселяющихся гостей.||И все бы хорошо, но большая проблема - это горячая вода, которая очень быстро заканчивается. Т.е. она нагревается, видимо, какой-то небольшой объем - кто-то первый идет в душ и на второго человека горячей воды уже не хватает. Я так начала мыться в душе горячей водой - помыла голову, и все - горячая вода кончилась. Я была вынуждена мыться холодной водой и в итоге заболела на следующий день! Это ужасно.

Merci à Slavi pour l’accueil, les explications concernant le logement et les bons conseils sur la région. Appartement très bien situé, tout neuf, près de la gare et du centre, bien équipé et très propre. Le ATM est situé en face au besoin et le supermarché est à moins de 2 minutes à pied. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet appartement très bien situé près du centre ville.||L'appartement est spacieux, calme, superbement décoré et dispose de toutes les commodités (télé, internet, etc...).||A conseiller pour découvrir cette très jolie ville.
