Unorganized front desk and poorly trained staff. The hotel it’s self is ok,but with the issues that I had at check in and check out makes me very displeased do to the fact that I’m on a vacation which means that I would like to be happy with my stay and not leaving upset do to the staff and their careless error.

This is more like a 2 star hotel. Old, filthy and nasty. Noisy air condition that is not even cooling. Take look at the pictures I took from the bathroom. If you are taller than 5’11 you can’t take a shower there, that’s how small it is and dirty. They claim the 10th and 11th floor is renovated and they are not. Same dirty carpet as other floors. Overall $250/night is way more extensive than. This is a maximum $70/ night place. Never again.

I loved my stay here. Just what I needed for a little peace and to clear my mind. The atmosphere 👌🏾 the food was ok needed more variety. Was able to go to the bay and watched the ducks and boats.
