Kdyby zde nebyly lázně, je to vesnice do které by nikdy nikoho nenapadlo jet. Nic tady není. Možná je to jenom můj pocit, ale nabyl jsem dojmu, že Češi zde nejsou vítáni, ale z Rakouských důchodců se můžou přetrhnout. Tohle nebyla hezká dovolená, tohle bylo peklo!!!

Jako lijepo uređen hotel s malom igraonicom za djecu. Hrana je bila solidna, uzeli smo polupansion i bili jako zadovoljni uređenjem sobe i što smo već prvi dan po dolasku imali mogućnost kupanja u otvorenim i zatvorenim termama u sklopu hotela. Ovo je više za obitelj s manjim djetetom jer nema tobogana, ali vanjski dio nam je bio prekrasan. Bilo je ležaljki, lijep je ugostiteljski objekat u sklopu bazena i mi smo bili jako zadovoljni. Vratili bi se opet.

Pools perfect. Food good. Accommodation not bad. Service both at the reception, in the restaurant, outdoor bar by the pool was a complete CATASTROPHE. Arrogant, shouting at you, do not understand english at all (they are not even interested in understanding you) and if you are not 60+, don't give an extra euro or two and don't speak German, they won't even give you a rag to wipe the outdoor seating area by the pool. And do not even consider to ask them to do it! Horrible, for the money it's awful. But considering that there are plenty of similar reviews and nothing has changed, the hotel management dont care at all. Maybe if I was able to write this in German, they would at least read it. Bazény perfektní. Jídlo dobré. Ubytování ujde. Obsluha jak na recepci, v restauraci, venkovní bar u bazénu byla naprostá KATASTROFA. Arogantní, okřikují Vás, nedomluvíte se (oni ani nemají zájem se domluvit) a pokud Vám není 60+, nedáte euro, dva navíc a nemluvíte německy, tak Vám nedají ani hadr na utření venkovního posezení u bazénu a ještě se na Vás blbě tváří. Děs, za ty peníze je to příšerné. Ale vzhledem k tomu, že podobných recenzí je zde spousta a nic se nezměnilo, vedení hotelu to má úplně na párku. Možná kdybych to napsala německy, tak si to aspoň přečtou.

Zelo lepe sobe in bazen. Razočarana sem bila le nad jedilnico, saj imajo velikokrat zaprt predel, ki je ob oknih za skupine (košarkaše, nogometaše...). Zdelo bi se mi bolj smiselno, da bi bil ta del namenjen individualcem, ki tudi plačajo višjo ceno za nastanitev in kjer šteje mnenje posameznika, ki je prišel na dopust.

We stayed here three nights, arriving on a Thursday. The breakfast and dinner choice decreased gradually, e.g. the Friday morning there were muesli, bottled dairy products (kefir, buttermilk), and three stations on the spot were producing fresh egg dishes etc. However, on the second and third morning these services became reduced ,and the buffet got smaller. Morning drinks: the coffee is poor, and there is no black tea offer. Dinner: same tendency, e.g. six different cold starters on the first night, and only two on the last. Quantity OK, enough options for meat and side dish, but without a real vegetarian option (only pasta and salad, sometimes steamed vegetable).|The room is comfortable, well-maintained, although the air con may not be enough on a really hot summer day (service seems overburdened) .|Pools were nice, we loved the "famous" ,superhot black water, and appreciated that those part of the building are only for adults. Outside there are enough sunchairs, even though there are local people visiting there.|Beside bathing, however, there are no activities offered either in the hotel or around, and its vicinity is - sorry, but - boring (except a nice medieval church).|The hotel staff are nice, friendly, helpful, German and English are mostly spoken, and special thanks go to the Thai massage: it is a really cosy and beautiful spot and the ladies are really professional.
