Das Hotel "The hotel" liegt toll in der Fußgängerzone und damit fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Kneipen in der Innenstadt. Leider kann man mit dem Auto nicht an das Hotel fahren, so dass man sein Gepäck aus der Tiefgarage - etwa 400m entfernt - tragen muss. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern, das Bad schön aber ungeschickt gemacht. Beim Duschen macht mal alles nass. Das Frühstück ist mit 15 € für Ljubljana nicht zu teuer und sehr vielfälltig. Einzig das Personal hat uns nicht so gefallen, es kam uns etwas arrogant vor.

I really expected more of this hotel for the price. The rooms are small and dark. The hotel is beetwen two noisy streets, so whatever roome you choose you cannot expect peace. The delivery truck starts passing by the hotel at 6 a.m. and it gets very loud with constant beeping of the cars. In front of the hotel there is very loud music from the hotel itself outdoors. They have loud music all day long on the terace and even live music. Also a lot of screaming and shouting from drunk people on the streets at night. Would avoid the hotel if knew this in advance.

Das Hotel ist modern und gepflegt, saubere, aber sehr kleine Zimmer. Dafür aber war es absolut ruhig, wir hörten nichts! Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, ideal gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Preis-Leistung top!|Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stayed here for one night. The checkin was great the guy at reception was really nice and we got a welcome drink which was also very nice.||Room - extremely small we had a double on the 5th floor. You couldn’t fit two people in the bathroom at one time. While everything was made very well and was stylish it lacked space|Breakfast - the waiter was rude and refused to accommodate at all and was rude||Overall i would say if you are in Ljubljana for a night i would book but not for more.if you do bool skip breakfast

We enjoyed our stay at The Hotel. A superb location at the foot of the castle in the heart of the city but with minimal noise disturbance. Staff are helpful, the decor is modern; recommend it for a short stay

Hotel molt cèntric. Hem estat una sola nit, hotel molt net, servei i atenció molt correctes. L'habitació (403) era sense finestra, totalment interior, però era la contractada (125 € nit, sense esmorzar). Per una nit, val, però no per més dies.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Leider passt die Service Qualität nicht dazu. Irgendwie hat man den Eindruck, dass die Herren keine Freude an ihrem Job haben und sich lieber mit dem Freund unterhalten, anstatt den Kaffee zu servieren! Einfach mal etwas freundlicher sein, wäre schon was!

Very good hotel and very attentative service, they changed our room because my wife and I initially got a windowless one we didn’t like. Also breakfast was delicious, plus great service with a smile. The rooms are quite small, the carpet has a bit of a water stain, but clean and nice. And the location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything, recommend it for a few nights stay to explore the gorgeous city.

L'hotel si presenta bene, per qualità materiali e struttura (letto e doccia da 10 e lode) peraltro in posizione fantastica direttamente sul canale. Il bagno è molto confortevole|Ma ... sia il bagno che la camera sono ciechi (in tutto non più di 15 mq) e se aggiungiamo che la camera , doppia , è più piccola della camera di un traghetto, questa soluzione può andar bene se di transito e per non più di una notte. |Aggiungo l'aspetto più IMPORTANTE. La struttura è stata selezionata con filtro "colazione inclusa" , e l'applucazione lo estrae e propone ma direi ... in modo fuorviante, in quanto prevista come servizio a pagamento al "modico" prezzo di €20,00 a persona (eravamo in 6!). A mio avviso trattandosi di un H4stelle il fatto che esista possibilità di colazione sarebbe scontato e non dovrebbe comparire tra le offerte "colazione inclusa" |Ultima segnalazione. Non esiste DEPOSITO BAGAGLI, lasciati nella hall praticamente all'ingresso. |Personale gentile e accogliente.|Hotel pretenzioso, che crea aspettative ... in parte "deluse"

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit zu recht 4 Sternen. Leider ist der nächste Parkplatz 400m entfernt. Dafür liegt das Hotel direkt im Zentrum wo sehr schöne Bar's und Restaurants liegen.

My friend. Ali, recommended this hotel and helped me book it before my arrival. Staff was very nice to me. They treated me very well. They put me in top top floor, floor number 5, and it was delightful. I could see the castle behind me. I had dinner one night at the hotel restaurant, and the food is Five Star all the way. Thank you, Ali, for booking this hotel for me. It couldn’t be in a better location for walking all over the city center, crossing the bridges, going to cute boutiques, and fabulous restaurants. It was the best!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Express Check in hat bei uns ohne Probleme geklappt. Zu den Parkplätzen kann ich nichts sagen wir waren da am Sonntag und in Slowenien ist am Wochenende parken kostenlos an gekennzeichneten stellen. Sehr nettes Personal.

Simple, clean, and comfortable place to rest. We booked the windowless double room on the third floor. We were happy to discover the room had some natural light from a skylight, and was very quiet and calm during a stormy night. The bathroom sliding door opening mechanism is a little heavy but otherwise we really enjoyed this room.
