Dear Mr. Mathias, Thank you for your review. It took some time to write it. Appreciate that. We struggling with a hotel sign from the opening 3 months ago. We are a new hotel and had some problems with material delivery. I hope this week we will finish with a 3-month issue. We looking forward to improving hanging options. "Baby born" problems, same with the toilet soap. We should improve that. Your solution was perfect! Room 301 is a bath only. No shower. Construction of the shower doesn't allowed us to put a shower option but we did it anyway. Not a good solution but something extra. To add value to the bath. I am sorry for your struggle. Maybe would be better for us to remove it. Sorry about the breakfast issue. I think a colleague served you it was his first time to serve breakfast. He is a new power in our staff team. And also he works the last day and night a long shift. Probably too much tired. That should be no excuse from our side. Sorry again.
