All’inizio non riuscivamo a trovare la struttura, perché da fuori non si vede insegna. Sembra più l’entrata di un ristorante, ma poi ti accorgi che c è pure la reception. Ottima posizione per la vita notturna, locali e punti di interesse culturale. Si trova proprio a fianco al ponte dei calzolai. Ci hanno assegnato una stanza senza finestra, quindi se soffrite di claustrofobia informatevi su quale stanza vi assegneranno. Posto pulito e accogliente.

Great location in the city centre along the river. The hotel is modern and comfortable with a great restaurant. The staff are fantastic, very helpful and polite. The rooms are a modern and clean design, the bathrooms are a little compact, if you have any physical limitations it would be best to speak to the hotel ahead of your booking. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for visiting Ljubljana. 30 mins by car/ shuttle from the airport.

Spím po hotelích každý týden, ale tenhle z nich byl nejluxusnější. A vše kromě televize fungovalo naprosto skvěle. Jediná nevýhoda byla nepřítomnost okna, ale proto byl pokoj luxusní a zároveň relativně levný.

Das Hotel sieht sehr schick aus und die Zimmer sind topp. Das Service beim Frühstück ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. Es gibt kein Buffet sondern es wird a la carte serviert….wenn man ausreichend Zeit hat….auf einen einfachen Espresso wartet man sage und schreibe mehr als 45 Minuten… bis das bestellte Frühstück auf dem Tisch steht, vergeht schon mal eine Stunde. Das Personal wirkt permanent überfordert. Und dies ist keine Einzelerfahrung, das geht offenbar allen Gästen jeden Tag so.

Good position in the city center. Uncomfortable bathroom, with mirror on your back (impossible to shave), shower not correctly located. Worst service experience ever at breakfast: you have to seat and order but there is only one person serving all the tables. Expect to have breakfast lasting at least 1 hour.

Everything about this hotel was great. Location couldn't be better, staff was very polite and helpful, rooms were clean and modern. The comfy bed deserves a special mention. Breakfast was good. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location and nice room. However, a few very basic details were missing. First, there is no option to hang your coat in the room. Secondly, the hand soap was a bar soap, but there was no place to put the bar soap at all, so we ended up putting it on top of the water tap. Also, the holder for the shower head did not allow the shower head pointing down, only straight which means you are gonna wash the opposite wall if you open the water. And oh boy, the restaurant is a chapter in itself. The restaurant was below the standard of the hotel. We were 6 guests in the restaurant for breakfast, but that was too chaotic for the waiter. We ordered fried eggs with bacon, but we got undercooked eggs with fried fat. There was no meat on the plate. We also ordered a Croque Madam without ham, but they decided to take out all the other stuff as well which were directly described in the menu card (spinach, tomatoes and egg). We also did not get butter as default for the bread we ordered. We asked for it and waited 20min to receive it. Bottom line is, go for another restaurant in town instead.

Отличный отель, чистый, обслуживание очень доброжелательное. В ресторане вкусная еда, мы с женой остались крайне довольны. Из минусов только то, что машина к отелю не подъедет, так как это старый город, и их не пускают сюда, приходится чемоданы тащить самим.

Hatten ein Zimmer mit Dachterasse. Die Zimmergröße erinnert an New Yorker Verhältnisse, super schön eingerichtet mit viel Stil, aber super klein. Zu zweit sollte man maximal einen großen Koffer mitreinnehmen und im Bad ist ebenfalls wenig Platz. Auf der Dachterasse waren leider keine Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Ebenso kam an einem Tag kein Housekeeping. Zu beachten bei der Anreise mit dem Auto: man kann nicht vor das Hotel fahren zum be- & entladen. Es gibt aber die Möglichkeit sich über das Hotel vom Parkplatz abholen zu lassen. Da das Hotel wie auch das dazugehörige Restaurant noch neu sind, müssen sich die Abläufe noch einspielen und daher auch 4 von 5 Sternen. Werden aber wieder kommen!
