Siamo stati in questo albergo per tre notti. Camera minuscola e senza servizi essenziali (specchio, cestino della spazzatura, adeguate prese elettriche, aria condizionata ben funzionante). Alquanto singolare l’armadio solo in bagno! Parcheggio inesistente: utilizzato parcheggio pubblico a 15 minuti di distanza! Alle nostre rimostranze in merito alla camera la responsabile non manifestava stupore ma non provvedeva al cambio perché l’albergo era pieno! Prezzo inadeguato per le condizioni !

Hotel in posizione centrale, in un luogo tranquillo, situato in una via secondaria che assicura silenzio durante la notte. Personale molto qualificato e gentile, inglese fin troppo fluente... Pulizia ottima, non si è trovato un granello di polvere. La colazione a dir poco ottima, offrono la possibilità di ordinare cose oltre al buffet ma già questo è più che sufficiente a fare una colazione deliziosa, succhi di frutta, caffè, torte, omelette, croissant, frutta... Di tutto e di più. A disposizione, ogni giorno in camera, una bottiglia d'acqua e di succo di frutta, bella chicca. Infine, a disposizione dei monopattini gratuiti utili per muoversi nella città, da prendere senza problemi, utilissimi. Ultimo, ma non per importanza, il conto che se si considera il posto, la qualità e i servizi e la colazione è quasi basso, veramente ottimo. Consigliato, da tornare.

Hôtel bien situé pour faire une bonne partie de la ville à pied. Et puis surtout vous êtes en face d un monument que tout le monde néglige le building Neboticnik où vous avez une vue superbe à 360• sur la ville.

pro: schönes Hotel, tolles Frühstück, toller Service contra: - Die Lage ist suboptimal, Nachts öfter feiernde Partyhlgänger in der Nähe, besonders am Wochenende. - Direkt vorm Haus mehrere Müllcontainer welche üblen Geruch absondern und die Müllpressen täglich gegen 05:30 Uhr lautstark ihre Arbeit vollrichten. - zu unserer Zeit eine große Baustelle vorm Haus mit archäologischer Ausgrabung.

Wow, wow, wow. Sowohl das Hotel als auch die Stadt ist einfach nur toll und absolut zu empfehlen. |Dass man etwas entfernt parken muss, war uns bekannt und ist kein Problem, liegt das Hotel doch perfekt an der Altstadt. Frühstück war sensationell und Zimmer mehr als großzügig und sauber.

We had such a wonderful night in Ljubljana! The hotel was much more spacious than we thought, which was very nice. The concierge was the best part of the hotel experience! He was kind and thoughtful, and you could tell he had great pride of working there. We had to leave very early in the morning and he made sure to pack us breakfast to-go, such a nice person!

La struttura può essere raggiunta in macchina per scaricare le valigie.||A 700 metri si trova un comodo parcheggio a pagamento per lasciare la macchina.||L'Hotel è situato in una posizione silenziosa e comodissima per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti.||Lo staff era davvero cordiale e disponibile.||La stanza moderna era ampia e pulitissima.||Bagno spazioso e luminoso.||In camera era anche presente un cucinotto per potersi far da mangiare in autonomia.||Ottima la colazione.||Consigliatissimo.

L'Hotel è situato in una posizione silenziosa e comodissima per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti. Lo staff era davvero cordiale e disponibile. La stanza moderna era ampia e pulitissima. Bagno spazioso e luminoso. In camera era anche presente un cucinotto per potersi far da mangiare in autonomia. Ottima la colazione. Consigliatissimo.

Bereits am Ankunftstag waren wir etwas enttäuscht von unserem Zimmer, da es sehr hellhörig und unschön dort ist. Egal wer im Stockwerk seine Tür geschlossen hat, man hörte jeden einzelnen Schritt auf dem Flur und in den Nachbarzimmern. Von Schallisolierung also weit entfernt. Auch das Ambiente finde ich für ein 4-Sterne Hotel doch sehr fraglich, aber das ist vermutlich Geschmackssache. Der Fotograph hat auf den Bildern vom Hotel jedenfalls beste Arbeit geleistet, dass es schön rüber kommt. Zwischen 5 und 6 Uhr kamen jeden Morgen die Müllabfuhrwägen und haben direkt vor dem Haus einen immensen Lärm gemacht für cira 10-15min. Wer da noch weiterschlafen konnte- Chapeau! Von Urlaub und täglichem Ausschlafen konnte man aber danach nicht mehr sprechen. Da alle Zimmer zum Hof rausgehen sind eigtl alle Zimmergäste davon betroffen. Auch die Tatsache, dass direkt VOR dem Hoteleingang 6 Mülleimer stehen ist alles andere als schön. An unserem vorletzten Aufenthaltstag gab es keinen Roomservice. Nach Rücksprache am Nachmittag mit der Rezeption und Hinweis darauf, dass man unsere Betten nicht gemacht hätte, nichts sauber gemacht wurde oder man gar die Handtücher getauscht hat, kam nur ein „We are so sorry- but no one ist there anymore… But I can give you towels“. Meinen Hinweis darauf, dass man für 3 Nächte knapp 500€ bezahlt hat und auch einen Service erwarte, hat man komplett ignoriert. Auch hier erwarte ich für 4-Sterne doch etwas mehr... Der Höhepunkt allen Übels war am Ende die Diskussion darüber, wer die Parkgebühren übernimmt. Obwohl bei Booking es bei diesem Hotel extra so ausgeschrieben wurde, wollte man uns die Parkgebühren zuerst nicht erstatten. Erst nach unangenehmer Diskussion und Hinweis im Booking Portal bei meiner Rechnung, hat man es übernommen. Dieses Problem haben wir auch bei anderen Gästen mitbekommen. Letztendlich also wirklich nicht empfehlenswert und in Deutschland definitiv kein 4-Sterne Hotel. Weder in Ausstattung, Service, Frühstücksauswahl oder Ambiente im Gesamten. Besser Finger weg. Wir haben uns auch von den anderen guten Bewertungen täuschen lassen.
