Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit fabelhaftem Personal, welches individuelle Tipps bzgl. Restaurants und Ausflugszielen gibt. Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Das Frühstück war besser als in den meisten 5*-Hotels, frisch und liebevoll zubereitet. Kaffee war ganztags verfügbar.

Great place to have a good night's sleep. convenient to city's attractions. Just the parking is a little work (walk). The breakfast is first class, with great services.

Points forts:||Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques pas de la partie piétonne de la ville.||Chambre (suite familiale) très fonctionnelle (grand frigo, volets aux fenêtres, airco, belle superficie, salle de bain répondant aux besoins...).||Possibilité de se stationner dans un parking public situé à 10 minutes à pied dont le prix est remboursé intégralement par l'hôtel.||Personnel agréable et serviable.||||Points à améliorer:||Vu le Covid, pas de buffet disponible au petit-déjeuner (ce qui était pourtant le cas dans d'autres hôtels visités dans ce pays). Petit-déjeuner servi à table avec des produits de qualité moyenne (pain industriel...).||Aucun équipement spécifique à disposition pour un hôtel de ce niveau.

The worst hotel in the area. I had booked the room 5-6 months before and 3 hours before my arrival, they canceled my reservation ... and sent me to another hotel .. Unacceptable !!

Wir waren in einem sehr geräumigen Zimmer untergebracht, das modern eingerichtet war und auch ein schönes, großes Bad besaß. Zudem ließ sich das Zimmer mit Rolläden komplett verdunkeln, was gerade im Sommer sehr angenehm war. Hervorzuheben ist auch das Frühstück, das sehr lecker war und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. |Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um die Stadt fußläufig zu erkunden.

Très belle chambre à l’apparence très propre jusqu’à ce que nous découvrions des morceaux de chips au sol qui nous ont montré que l’aspirateur avait été oublié… Personnel d’accueil très aimable et serviable. Petit déjeuner inclus très moyen, ni original ni mauvais. |Hôtel bien placé à proximité immédiate du centre ville piétonnier.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Big, nice rooms, great location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Couldn’t have been better. They even reimbursed us for parking at Tivoli Park. If I come to Ljubljana again, I would definitely stay here again.
