Una delle peggiori esperienze mai avute. Le camere sono spaziose e piuttosto pulite, ma la vasca in bagno è molto scomoda e i bagni non hanno porte ma soltanto una tenda oscurante. La camera non è stata pulita nè riordinata, l’ho fatto notare alla receptionist che è stata molto cordiale e ha contattato il manager dell’hotel. Quest ultimo mi ha offerto uno sconto del 10%, prendendomi praticamente in giro perché non era altro che lo sconto applicato a chi prenota direttamente dal sito dell’hotel.||Pessimo

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was comfortable and quiet. There was a great choice for breakfast. The hotel is close to one of the main streets and everything is easily walkable. We particularly enjoyed the castle, river boat trip, St Nicholas Cathedral and the City Museum. Lake Bled is an inexpensive hour away by bus. For a drink the Parlament Pub off the main street is recommended as is the Dvorni Bar by the river for the excellent choice of wine, delicious burgers and cheese platter.|Thank you Katerina and staff for a wonderful stay!

Urban Hotel really exceeded our expectations.|Excellent location, at the very heart of Ljubljana but in a quiet neighbourhood. Immaculately clean, big rooms, comfortable mattres and pillows, big bathroom with good pressure shower.|Excellent choice of breakfast, eggs made to order.|And above all, the amazing staff who went above and beyond when things complicated for us just before check in. Absolutely amazing, would give it more stars if I could.

This hotel was excellent, it was in a good location and our room was sizeable and very clean. The air con worked well and given it was 36 degrees, we needed it. Breakfast was good and there was a decent choice, just make sure to look in every corner of the room. The girl on reception was excellent, and phoned us when our luggage arrived (it had been left in London). We also left early in the morning, but they were happy for us to nip in for a coffee and croissant before we left.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. I took my aunt who is 70 this yr so location was important. The Hotel is perfectly positioned for all must visit attractions in Ljubljana. We were no more than 5-10 minutes from the city centre, castle, boat trips, Tivoli park and the Skyscraper with its roof terrace bar was practically next door. Despite being central noise was not an issue. The beds and pillows in the hotel made sure we had a peaceful nights sleep. The cleanliness was immaculate, and I mean everywhere in the hotel. Very modern. Buffet breakfast was plentiful but the one thing that made the hotel for me was the staff, simply wonderful and because it is a small hotel they gave you a very warm personal feeling. They could not have been more helpful they are really a credit to the hotel. We were even offered a breakfast box to take away on both mornings of our trips. I must add the meeting points for both trips where also within 3 minute walking distance do again ideally positioned. A perfect find and I would most certainly go back and would highly recommend. Thank you making our stay perfect.

Con servicios y atención de primera|El desayuno (incluido) es excelente!|Las sugerencias que nos brindaron las chicas de recepción (tanto lugares para comer como para visitar) fueron muy apropiadas|Como había sido un día muy lluvioso, nos permitieron utilizar las instalaciones y espacios comunes, algunas horas después de haber hecho el checkout||Altamente recomendable tanto para viajes de negocios como de turismo.|

Ein super schönes Stadthotel in genialer Lage nähe zum Zentrum. (10 Gehminuten) Die Preise sind sehr human und erschwinglich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber - groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Kann ich wärmstens Empfehlen 👍💯

Hotel was clean, perfect location near the river and popular old city attractions. Most of all the breakfast was fantastic. Gluten-free bread was available! Super. Special mention to Tanjia at our breakfast. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She was just so kind and thoughtful. We greatly appreciated the special attention to my gluten allergy.

This is a true boutique hotel gem in the heart of Ljubljana. Modern, clean, comfy, all that one can want for a short stay. But the highlight of this property is the hotel staff. Ivonna has ensured we have all we need with such positive energy, kindness and good humor. We do hope she is awarded appropriately for the great job that she does with all the guests. She made our stay that much better - thank you dear Ivonna for your wonderful hospitality! We will be back 💜

Wonderful, efficient use of space. Our room had nice built in closets with full-length mirrors, pretty marble bathroom and comfy bed. Service was very accommodating when our delayed flight caused us to arrive at midnight! Breakfast was made-to-order eggs & meats, cheeses, pastries & fruit.

Excellent location to the city, but no parking space. Use public street parking or Tivoli parking lot. Rooms are ok, not many details. Breakfast is ok. Free coffee (from machine) and cookies through the whole day.
