Kleines herziges Hotel in mitten des Zentrum. 5 min von der US Embassy. Schönes Frühstück. In Anbetracht dass Ljubljana die Stadt des Kaffee ist könnte der etwas besser sein. Aber Rest ist sehr gut. Schöne saubere Zimmer. Ljubljana als Stadt ist super schön und sowas von sauber. Zudem kann beinahe jeder English. Taxi ist so eine Sache ich rate dringen die taxi app runter zu laden und über die App “TaxiMetro” bestellen. Funktioniert einwandfrei. Alles andere wird viel Geld kosten. Wir sind fan vom Hotel und deren Angestellten

I am definitely awed by their positive service attitude. Staff would always greet you with a smile. Because of their friendliness, I felt the stay was as though I am returning back ‘home’. Room I booked was spacious and has all amenities. You can request at front desk for kettle if you need one. Breakfast was good. They also have their snacks bar open till 10pm. Location was good for me. As it is my first time in Ljubljana, the walking distance from main train station to hotel seems far but afterwards, when you get the hang of it, walking distance from the hotel to station, or to central are just very easy to navigate. Hotel is quiet at night as it is located off the street (back facing) and don’t worry, it is safe! To anyone who is travelling to Ljubljana, I would recommend you guys to try staying with them. I enjoyed my stay!

The place is nice - very good location, just behind the National Bank's building, close to good restaurants, main streets... Service is excellent, nice recommendations for evening programs. Room was great - quiet, nicely furbished, comfortable. Parking is tricky, but well-organized. Breakfast is included - nice continental selection -was OK for being active until lunch.

Hotel in zona centrale, camera molto spaziosa e ben riscaldata, letto super comodo, bagno con doccia grande, colazione con ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, personale gentile, pulizia impeccabile. Nell’hotel presente sia l’ascensore che le scale.

We have been one night at this hotel and made very bad experience with the reception. We have been late night with little kids and the woman ( originally from North Macedonia ) meant in an ugly unfriendly manner, if we do not like smth then we can look out for an other hotel...Absoluty overpriced. Never ever. Just keep out

La struttura non può essere considerata un hotel 4 stelle. Volete chiamare la portineria dalla stanza ? Bene, non c'è il telefono per farlo: dovete prendere il vostro cellulare e fare una chiamata internazionale chiamando il numero dell'hotel. Il problema maggiore è se succede dopo le 22h00 in quanto non ci sarà nessuno in "albergo" che potrà aiutarvi. Io sono tornato in stanza dopo cena e ho trovato la stanza gelida in quanto il riscaldamento non funzionava (usciva aria fredda anziché calda dal fan coil). La persona che mi ha risposto al telefono mi ha detto che non poteva fare nulla perché non era presente in struttura. Morale: 01 febbraio, temperatura esterna a Lubiana -4, ho dovuto dormire vestito !!! Il giorno seguente il Manager si è scusato per L'INCONVENIENTE proponendomi uno sconto ridicolo del 20% ! Ps: la mia stanza era al 6° piano ma ho dovuto quasi sempre salire e scendere a piedi perché l'ascensore era perennemente utilizzato per carico e scarico di materiale dagli operai che stavano eseguendo lavori di ristrutturazione. Fortunatamente mi sono fermato una sola notte altrimenti sarei fuggito altrove.

Great hotel, very good location, allows you to get to the heart of the city in a few minutes by foot. The suggested car park was very good (we paid 9 euros per day) but its a bit of a walk away (about 10 minutes). To drop off and pick up our bags it was possible to pull up just outside the front of the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable and warm with a great shower. The breakfast was superb, great selection. You can make yourself tea and coffee throughout the day free of charge, this is again a sign of the great hospitality they offer. Thanks to all the staff who made us feel welcomed and made our visit to Ljubljana a great one!

Tolle neu renovierte Zimmer! Sehr gutes Frühstück und den ganzen Tag Kaffee! In der Nähe vom Zentrum, aber leider keine Hotel Parkplätze!

Posizione ottima in pieno centro . Colazione abbondante e possibilità di snack per gli ospiti anche nel pomeriggio . Camera spaziosa con ampio bagno e doccia gigante . Unico neo : non funzionava Tv e per rimediare mi hanno portato delle birre . Ci vorrebbe anche un parcheggio convenzionato : trovare in zona non è facile . Siamo stati fortunati che 1-2 era festa e i parcheggi erano gratis . Il plus dell’hotel è la posizione : in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva nella piazza principale . Prezzo ottimo

Hotel assolutamemte da consigliare!|Intanto ...5 minuti a piedi e sei al triplo ponte...quindi in pieno cento!|Il team dell hotel molto molto gentili e disponibili,addirittura essendo arrivati alle 10.30 del mattino ci hanno fatto trovare la camera gia pronta,spaziosa,pulitissima e silenziosa.|Relax garantito!|La colazione di ottima qualita con uova e bacon fatti su richiesta quindi caldi e ottimi.|La parte dolce con ottima scelta e....creps calde.|Siamo stati super super bene.|P.s Lubiana è.bellissima!!!

Super Hotel! Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Personal ! Super Frühstück! Mega zentral … und doch sehr ruhig ! Ein stern weniger weil die Stühle quietschen und mann hört es im Zimmer (wir waren über dem Frühstück Raum) ! Und dusche 🚿 ? Nicht das wie es aussieht ..zuwenig druck ( beim Regen dusche)! Endere war okey
