Ningún servicio , imposible contactar con algún personal, sábanas humedas no hay ni jabón en el baño, enchufes en mal estado y la fianza no te la regresan completa ya que se quedan con un porcentaje bastante elevado

My experience in the hotel, was as follows: I did the check-in before my arrival. I had to pay a deposit of 100 euros, which seem odd to me. I came to the hotel at 15:15 with two bags and a poster. There were two women and a guy who didn't greet me. Moreover, they looked angry at me (I never felt so unwelcome to a hotel in my life). They were on a hurry and didn't bother to talk to me. I was hoping to leave my stuff there so I could go eat at ease (but I couldn't). Outside of the hotel is noisy and the rooms were not properly clean (maybe because they left on a hurry?). There was no soap and the shower was unstable. In the end I received the bill after my stay, and the information, that my deposit will be returned in 5-10 days. So, this is an experience I will not repeat.

Došle smo do tamo i još smo dodatno platile veliki iznos dok smo radile onilne check in dosta dugo jer aplikacija nije radila (i za koji nam je pomagao covjek iz susjedne sobe jer nikoga nema na recepciji!)… Namjestaj u sobi je u redu, ali soba nije bila cista i nismo imale wc papira ni sapuna. Kartica za parking nije funkcionirala tako da smo se mucile sat vremena za izac s parkiralista, a kada smo zvonile na recepciju nam se nitko nije javljao.

Abbiamo pernottato 5 notti per visitare alcuni siti in Slovenia. Ero un po' intimorito dalle recensioni negative invece devo dire che non ci siamo trovati male.Partiamo dal check-in, è tutto online quindi dai messaggi che arrivano su booking vi vengono inviati i link per registrarvi su un app di nome Zymzo dove obbligatoriamente bisogna inserire i dati delle persone che alloggiano. È in inglese quindi se non conoscete la lingua avrete bisogno di un traduttore.Dopo che il check-in è stato confermato 24 ore prima dell'arrivo verrà inviato il codice a 4 numeri per aprire la cassettina con la chiave e il numero della stanza. Se vi scaricate app Zymzo ci saranno anche i video per capire meglio.Successivamente bisogna pagare una cauzione di 100 euro per eventuali danni che verrà riconsegnata in automatico dopo qualche giorno.La camera non era grandissima però era pulita con tutto il necessario.Consiglierei se si alloggia per più notti di domandare se si può fare un cambio biancheria e pulizia della camera anche a pagamento. Noi siamo andati in una lavanderia self a 500 metri di distanza e abbiamo lavato tutto con 8 euro.Se siete dei buoni camminatori in centro ci si arriva a piedi altrimenti c'è la fermata bus fronte hotel. Per i bus bisogna fare la Lubiana card e ricaricarla perché i bus si pagano 1.30 euro a tratta. Vicino ci sono i supermercati, un forno, bar e pub dove mangiare. I siti che consiglio di vedere sono Postumia, Bled ,Skofja Loka e Lubiana. I bus partono tutti dalla stazione centrale ad un costo di 5.30 euro.

Das Zimmer war recht hübsch, der Mini-Kühlschrank ein wenig eklig von innen. Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo sind nicht inkludiert. Weiterhin sind die Wände recht dünn, wodurch wir einen Streit mithören konnten als wäre er direkt neben uns.

Esperienza veramente deludente la nostra camera piccola,umida e soprattutto sporca,io dormo con un boiler letteralmente sopra la testa,inoltre abbiamo avuto i primi giorni problemi ad entrare ed uscire dallo parcheggio e quando abbiamo chiamato per provare ad uscire nessuno ci ha aiutato do due stelle solo per la posizione comoda(in macchina) al centro

Onwijs vieze kamers, schimmel in de badkamer spinnen web aan je bed schimmel in de muren daarnaast was er ook geen persoonlijk contact en moesten we via een app die je moet downloaden de sleutel en de kaart voor parkeren krijgen. |Ik zou hier voor dit geld zeker niet boeken!

A l arrivée surprise pas de réception seulement des liens internet pour payer et envoyer les infos des cartes d identité. Pas très sûr tout cela.c était pas dit sur le site puis une chambre bruyante directement sur la rocade. Un clic clac pour troisième lit.. peu confortable. Enfin une douche sans shampooing ni savon avec une fuite. On a échangé avec d'autres clients. Tous ont été surpris du fonctionnement non annoncé. De plus au près 20h il y a une majoration même si c est tout numérique.bref si votre téléphone buggé et que vous n êtes pas bilingue anglais choisissez ailleurs

Wo die 4 Sterne herkommen ist mir ein Rätsel. Zimmer und Haus sind sauber, da hört's aber schon auf. Erdgeschoss ist eher Souterrain an einer viel befahrenen 4-spurigen Straße. Parkplatz um die Ecke und Innenstadt in 30 mins zu Fuß. Der Check-inn ein desaster. Niemand vor Ort, Schlüsselboxdaten um exakt 16 uhr über eine App, die ich nur zufällig in einer der Mails entdeckt habe. Kinderbetten mussten noch ausgezogen und bezogen werden. Schimmel an den Wänden. Sorry, ich war entsetzt, aber für 2 Nächte und nur 300€ ging's so grade.

Please don't go here, horrible choice, would never ever go back! Filthy, extremely rudeeee staff, hanging up the phone nonstop on me, not helpful at all, very unsafe, doors to building unlocked, no staff on premises and better this way as she was extremely rude.

Me and my family planed to visit Ljubjana, Slovenia. The place that we choose was horrific. Extremely rude staff and service, false advertising about parking. No basic needs as shampoo or hand soap, very filthy room, cigarettes left under the bad and dirty fridge. I would never recommend or go back!!!

This place is not a hotel but Airbnb. (You have to pick up keys and card with a code.) You don't see any person. Rooms are clean and everything works. Bedsheets were not ironed (a bit suspicious) but seemed to be clean. A woman on the phone helps you to get in when you are lost in the check in procedure.
