The service fell apart, the workers had an argument with another contractor on the site because the excavation specification was inaccurate. As a party, I did not enjoy arbitrating. After two years, I got an injunction from the court for default interest, although all the bills were paid on time. The company itself never contacted me about any overdue obligation during this time. Why would a company go to court instead of contacting the customer?
