It's a sea themed playground. Some wooden waves to climb on or run across. A fun boat and sail. Usually lots of kids around. And weekend evenings young people tend to hang out there and drink or do drugs or whatever they do. It's usually deserted at 1 am though and dogs love to do impromptu agility there.
