I am writing this review with an immense sense of disappointment and frustration after the experience I had with company Tisaj. My family and I recently faced a catastrophic situation when our roof was severely damaged in a storm. Seeking swift assistance, we contacted the company Tisaj, who assured us that they would send a team to address the issue promptly. However, what followed was a series of broken promises and misleading statements that left us utterly dismayed. For four agonizing days, we anxiously awaited the arrival of the roofing team, all the while trusting the assurances provided by company Tisaj. Despite the urgency of our situation and the repeated storms in the forecast, their promises were nothing more than empty words. As the rain intensified and the damage inside our home escalated, it became clear that we had been taken advantage of during a time when we needed help the most. They really demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and integrity.
