Had a problem with protective tempered glass for my phone and wanted to issue an RMA procedure. The spokesman ordered me to visit the store the next day and the issue was supposed ti be taken care of. I visited the store and drove 60km (add the previous 60km to come and buy the glass) only to find out that they first have to send an email to the distributor to get a confirmation of return. Since it could not have been done on the spot I am now empty handed, with the same issue and my traveling expense bill.
This is something they could have easily explained me via a phone call, physical presence wasn't necesarry in this case, also no physical examination of the phone was being issued at the time.
So now I am supposed to return back after they get their confirmational letter which brings me to a total of 180km drive for a single protective glass. And I still don't know whether they will replace the screen or give back the money I paid.
The inability of providing me with this simple information via the phone shows that the salesperson aren't completely informed about the products they sell and troubleshooting procedures that are involved in this case as it was confirmed by the clerk having to first contact another person in order to inform herself about these procedures. Who paid for that? I did, and it is completely unacceptable and non-professional. The superior officers in Telekom Slovenija have already been notified about this issue.
Again, unacceptable.
