Še zdej ni WI-FI ja... pa kje smo, u kameni dobi? In na večini vrat nalepka NE TRKAJ, če ne trkaš, se nič ne zgodi, če pa zbereš dovolj poguma, pol pa jezna medicinka... tku , da rajši ne! Da o čakanju na uro, ko si naročen sploh ne govorim, boljše da vzameš dopust. ( glede na druge zdravstvene ustanove Slovenije)

I had a very bad experience with the first aid department of this clinic. I went there during my holiday for sudden hearing loss. There were two people waiting before me. I explained my problem to the first person that came out and asked her if she could help me. She told me to wait a minute. There were several people coming in after me. I ended up sitting there for 1,5h before someone asked for my ID (and she did this only because I gave her a inquiring look when she went to the person who came in after me to tell him he could come with her and leaving me all alone in the waiting room (altough at least 4 people that came in after had been helpen in the mean time). 15 min later a man (i don t know if he was a doctor) was inquiring me about my symptoms in the waiting room. When I explained it to him, he suggested that I should go to the pharmacy to get some ear drops. I told him that I preferred to be examined. He left again and I sat there for another 40 min. Then the woman that requested my ID came to me again and told me that the doctor told her that I could keep on waiting but that the doctor left for an emergency. It’S not that last aspect that I have problems with. My problem was most likely less urgent than that emergency, but the disrespect that I have been treated with really struck me. I was completely ignored by all of the staff and there was a complete lack of communication and service.

Zelo slaba izkušnja z ortopedsko specialistično ambulanto. Neprofesionalni, nekorektni in prelaganje odgovornosti glede tega kdo bo napisal izvid za kirurški poseg. Zaradi njih se mi je čakalna doba podaljšala za dva meseca.

Came here sick on vacation and was very impressed! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to communicate with me and get me back to enjoying my vacation.
