We just called about an emergency. The woman on the phone said that they didn’t have time today so we called in Tolmin. Tolmin than called in Bovec to tell them that they have to take us in. The woman “ nurse” from Bovec than called us back. Yelling and being arrogant just because we called in tolmin. Than she hung up on us. We called her back to know what her problem is, she was just being rude and disrespectful. I do not think (as a nurse myself) that someone like this should work as a nurse/ receptionist. If you can’t be nice to people, don’t work with people. All we asked for was an appointment for today. Her name is Barbara.

Besser gleich nach Tolmin fahren. Nicht Einheimische und Patienten ohne Termin werden rigoros ignoriert. Lieber ist eine halbe Stunde niemand in Behandlung aks das ein ausserplanmäßiger Patient drangenommen wird. Enttäuschend!
