Our car got robbed at night in this parking lot even though it has street lights and surveillance cameras. The door glass was broken, a few items were stolen, and the rest of the stuff was strewn around the car. The owner of the Astra Park parking lot told us they couldn't help us with anything about that and that they wouldn't give us the video from the surveillance camera. Very bad experience.
