Hanging up on a client in desperate search of a solution to serious matters, and using a rude vocabulary throughout the call like that, for me personally is an unacceptable attempt to win, despite not having one cogent argument. So, so disappointed!

Sadly very poor workmanship at installation. He didn’t measure accurately the kitchen layout before manufacture. And then failed to suitably adjust the worktops on-site to fit. Ended up cutting too much off of a worktop (elementary error of cutting a wrong angle, and then recutting correctly lost him 2-3cm in worktop length!). There was then a cascade of significant further faults with him rushing. Ultimately left us with 3 large visible gaps in the worktop, and up-stands that were mounted up to 7 cm away from the wall due to not having enough spare material to cover for his mistakes. Refused to revisit to correct. Wholly unacceptable. Highly costly and time consuming to find other people to fix the faults that we could. He doesn’t have the expertise to fit worktops in old houses (only simple rectangles).
