Najlažje je naredit prevzem zunaj, v slabem vremenu in napisati da se reklamacij ne sprejema, potem pa ignoriratu mail. S partnerko sva naročila dve polici, ena močno opraskana, druga izredno slabo obdelana, obe okrušene robove. Seveda pa v dežju zunaj ko na hitro prevzemaš tega ne opaziš.

I had the misfortune of dealing with Granit OMC d.o.o. when I ordered a kitchen countertop from them. It was a decision I regretted from start to finish. From the very beginning, their service was terrible. It took over a month to get the owner to come to our place to take measurements. Then, when it came time for the installation, the owner demanded full payment the day before, even though we were not satisfied with the service and communication up to that point. To make matters worse, the owner measured incorrectly, and the countertop did not fit. When we asked him to fix the mistake, he became aggressive and argumentative, refusing to admit his error. It took several attempts to get him to come back, and only after we threatened legal action did he agree to replace the countertop. Throughout the entire process, the owner was unprofessional and lacked any sense of customer service. It was a frustrating, time-consuming, and unpleasant experience. I would never recommend Granit OMC d.o.o. to anyone looking for quality service and a hassle-free experience.

I feel obligated to share my experience with Granit OMC d.o.o. and warn you against their atrocious service. I ordered a kitchen counterdesk from them and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. After more than a month of back and forth, we finally managed to get the owner to show up to our place. But that was just the beginning of our ordeal. He forced us to pay in full the day before the mounting, even though we were not entirely satisfied with the communication and service thus far. To make things even worse, the owner messed up the measurements, and instead of admitting his mistake, he came to our place insisting that he will mount the countertop that didn't fit. We got into a heated argument, and he left without resolving the issue. For the next month, I tried to contact him numerous times, but to no avail. I even had to resort to calling from an unknown number to get him on the phone, and he was quite aggressive while we discussed it. To add insult to injury, he said he would not make another countertop and that we had to pay for it again. It was only after we involved our lawyer that he decided to do the right thing and came to mount the right measurement countertop. This experience was a complete disaster, and I would never recommend anyone to deal with Granit OMC d.o.o. They were unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacked any sense of responsibility towards their customers. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Kvaliteten material, hitra realizacija naročila, kvalitetna izdelava, prijazno osebje in ugodne cene so zadostni pogoj za zadovoljstvo strane. Poleg tega pa je do njih enostaven dostop, tako, da ni problema z nalaganjem izdelkov.

Šalabajzerji teski, kupim 7cm debele zagane granitne robnike, dobim pa od 6.4mm do 7.8mm debeline, vsak je drugacen, na reklamacijo pa niti ne odgovorijo. Tako da ocitno prodajajo neko skart kitajsko robo, saj kot slisim nisem edini primer s tako izkusnjo.
