Singular y preciosa esta Iglesia que preside una de las plazas más importantes de Liubliana. Es de culto Católico, de estilo Barroco. Su color rosado en la fachada destaca del entorno de la plaza. En el interior nos encontramos tres naves, y una decoración típica de un Barroco temprano.

I am normally not a fan of paying tickets for churches, but this one, is totally worth it. Utterly gorgeous from the inside, and very spiritual. It felt like a piece of heaven.

Franjevačka crkva je podignuta na Prešernovom trgu i jedan je od simbola Ljubljane. Crva se ističe svojom dekorativnom fasadom i intenzivno ružičastom bojom. Posvećena je Blagovestima i podignuta sredinom 17. veka na mestu starije crkve. Nekoliko puta je menjala svoj izgled. Do ulaza u crkvu se dolazi stepenicama. Za razliku od mnogih franjevačkih crkvi, iznutra je bogato dekorisana i oslikana. Pored brojnih slika i skulptura sa religioznim motivima, crkva ima i veoma bogato i kitnjasto zidno slikarstvo. Crkva je jedna od najposećenijih (i najslikanijih) crkvi u gradu.

You can't miss the Franciscan Church of the Annunciation in Ljubljana! This stunning Baroque church stands out with its salmon-pink facade. While I didn't have a chance to explore the interior this time, the eye-catching exterior is definitely worth a stop. It's a beautiful example of Baroque architecture and adds a unique pop of color to the city center. I'll definitely be back to see the inside next time!

Esta iglesia se encuentra cerca del hotel donde nos hospedamos, aparte de estar ubicada en la céntrica plaza Preseren, siendo una de las más visitadas. La iglesia de la Anunciación es de estilo barroco y su construcción data de 1669 S. XVII, destacamos de su exterior las torres. Del interior cabe resaltar sus esculturas y sus frescos de pinturas, como también destacamos el altar. La visitamos varias veces y la entrada es gratuita.
