Brilliant! A cafe that does what it says: gives you the kind of food you can't improve on at home, can't imagine better than this. We just went along to try it out, not specially hungry so we 'just' had a bacon bap and sausage bap. Big helpings, homemade substantial bread tasty on its own, delicious fat sausages with brown sauce, couldn't fit it in my mouth or finish it. Asked for doggy bag to take it home. Had to help my partner finish her bacon there was so much of it. Service was excellent too. These people know how to create a memorable meal. This is the solution to 'rip-off Britain'. Can't wait to return - with an emptier stomach!

One of the best places to get breakfast & lunch in Chester. Everything is so fresh and tasty. I would honestly suggest you give them a try - you won't be disappointed.

Food is quality and staff are amazing people , had issue with a new recipe they Tryed I didint like they sorted me fresh breakfast on the house couldn’t ask for more from them here the breakfasts our out of this world and also the sandwiches etc would highly recommend if in area it’s a must go!! What can I say apart from this place was incredible. Never knew it was there. The outside was like looking at the side of a warehouse or something but the moment you walk in, it’s like you have just walked into a different world. It was nothing I’d ever seen before. Now we love a good cafe but this was something different. The interior was clean, tidy and decorated with a sports theme and even had a part of a boxing ring because it was boxing themed. It had a chilled vibe. Open kitchen so you can see everything going on. It even had the old swinging doors like you would find at a saloon bar in a cowboy film lol. The menu was amazing and was so different to your standard cafes which was great. I opted for the Scottish breakfast and it was delicious. You get more than what you pay for. It was just a delight to be there. Will defo be visiting again :-). I have videos of it but no photos otherwise I’d share them. There will be a TikTok going up with the videos though 😜.

First time ordering from Champs today , large order 10 Breakfast baps in total , and from the ordering to the collection it was a first class service , food was fantastic, everybody enjoyed them, thank you Amy for the extra Hash brown, they where delicious. Menu is now up on the notice board.

I found this place by accident, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The breakfast was delicious. The staff really inviting and friendly. Absolutely will be eating here again soon 😁

Apologies for the bunch of pictures but its deserved 5 stars. In adition of my previous review i can add: this is now where i will go for lunch every chance i get. It is a bit away from work but its well worth it. Food is not pretentious, full of flavour and simply presented. Dont get many places where they are happy to show you their kitchen. Their spice shelf is best stocked i have ever seen. No wonder their hot specials are such a treat. Best i think it that there is nothing borrong or ordinary. The chefs have a free rein to be creative and show their skills. They even do hand stretched slow dough pizzas for lunch specials. Worth ringing and asking whats on todays menu and can preorder too. Again such a lucky find My initiall review: Went to the garage next door. Thank you guys for showing me this little gem. Ambience is very nice, sport orientated lovely decor. First impression is how happy and lively the staff were. Chef talks to you to help with choices. The lady at the till was lovely too. They have real quality food and take pride in making their own bread, sauces and even baked beans. Had some realy nice healthier deserts too. Best surprise was the hot counter (pardon the not so good pics). Food was delisious. Simple, not pretentious and full of flavour. Its nice to see homecooked meals in the world of fast food and sandwiches. So now its a choice to drive few miles just for the spesials. Way to go Champs!

Thrilled to finally find the best top quality freshly made breakfast at Champs Cafe this is nothing but 5* the portion sizes are huge and filling. The chefs are very passionate in ensuring customer satisfaction! Thank you Champs Cafe! Very excited to return again.
