I love the place. It is my regular business meeting point in the morning. Quite, so you can talk business. Nice sitting area close to the Sava river. They have good coffee and serve very tasty cakes.

The owner was waiting on the curb for us, we arrived by car around 10:30 pm. She was worried something might have happened to us. This was the beginning of a wonderful service at a superb hotel. Absolutely worth it. Beautiful bedrooms, great breakfast,- did I mention excellent service?-, clean rooms and bathrooms, the river right there and the fact that you are away from the crowds but very close to the city, 15 min. by car. I want to mention the owner again- she was very nice and polite never mention she was the owner. The next morning I asked the man at the counter who the lady who had greeted us late last night was, I mention how helpful and nice she was, he answer proudly: That's just how she is, always ready to help, this hotel is our life, she's my wife and this her hotel.

B&B consigliatissimo,il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile,posizione strategica per visitare Lubiana e dintorni,estremamente rilassante per la posizione ai piedi della montagna e davanti al fiume,le stanze curate e pulite,parcheggio gratuito,supermercato vicino,la taverna al piano di sotto offre relax e ottimo cibo,cosa chiedere di piu

Völlig überbewertet! Normal freundlicher Service/Empfang. Lage nix für urbanen Urlaub, zu weit von Zentrum. Bus 30 min. An Straße und Fluß gelegen, also nicht ruhig. AC ungenügend bei großer Hitze. Frühstück (nebenan im Cafè) sehr bescheiden, nur Croissants gut. Zimmer groß. Aber nicht mal Papier/Stift im Zimmer. Handtücher nicht getauscht, obwohl auf Boden gelegt. Keine Kleenextücher. Viel zu teuer im Vergleich für das Gebotene!

Loved this place ! Nice peaceful location by the river, nice rooms and nice staff. ||Rooms are large and comfortable, they have only 7 rooms. It is a very nice boutique-hotel. Clean, good breakfast, and good location by the river. ||Not near the city center and the touristic area, but an easy but ride from the bus stop that is just opposite the hotel. ||They have a free parking and the staff is very friendly and helpful. ||One thing to improve : I think they should offer a laundry service, instead of directing people to the nearby coin-laundry, which is not near at all, unless you have a car. ||Even an outsource laundry service, that pick up in the morning and give back in the evening. After all they have a limited space at this hotel. ||Overall : LOVED THIS PLACE
