The service has been steadily deteriorating throughout the last couple of years...they always seem to have "new staff" that doesn't know how to serve, how much a portion of ice cream should be etc. The owners should get permanent staff, not just students. If any other place would offer ice cream in winter, I'd rather go elsewhere, but in winter they're the only ones with good ice cream. Plus their prices are through the roof, really overpriced.

First respect to house tradition. Extremely kind staff... huge scoop of ice cream. You just have to take Bee sting: čebelji pik..🫠🤩. Small minus for smell in toilettes.

Ero molto entusiasta di provare la loro sacher visto altri commenti positivi e la vicinanza di Maribor con l'Austria, ma la torta ha deluse le mie aspettative. La consistenza della torta non era un granché. Inoltre pagare 20 centesimi per l'asporto non è che mi abbia fatto impazzire
