All'ingresso ci hanno detto che non è possibile accedere al bar per chi non lavora nella torre. Di conseguenza è inutile andarci ed è inutile invitare le persone ad andarci.

It has a really wonderful view of Ljubljana. It is a great alternative to Nebotičnik if you want to avoid tourists and high prices. A bit less intuitive on how to get there. You have to go into TR3 Building (if you are standing in front of the parliament it is the skyscraper on the right side and there is TR3 written above the entrance) and then to the left through metal detectors (which don't work normally) and then left once more with an elevator to the floor. There is a sign in the elevator for which floor to choose. Coffee was average. It could be much improved. That staff was okay. My only real complaint are the opening hours. It would be nice if it stayed open longer, especially during the warmer months of they year.
