All the girls are very friendly, and I always feel very comfortable in the salon. Unfortunately, as a customer of many years, I cannot give a good review. The owner is incredibly rude and without empathy. I was late for the first time in 3 years, apologized 10 times, explained the predicament that caused me to be 20 minutes late...but she mistreated me like a child who didn't eat spinach. In the end, she dismissed me without service, even though I apologized at length and was on vacation. Stay away from this rude woman who clearly hates her job. On the contrary, her busy, young, great. I hope that no one will ever experience leaving the salon on vacation after many years with unkempt nails.
