Although we didn’t stay in the house for a long time we loved our stay. The place perfectly combines the old and the new. The house is old and so is a good part of its equipment; on the other hand the touch of the new is perfect, very well made. All in all it gives a great impression. Even if it’s just to make a one night visit or pause, it’s worth it.

I stayed here for two weeks in May. Every minute you spend here, the stress of the city evaporates. Ljuba puts tons of love into the house and the garden. It's a short drive to the best hikes in southern Slovenia and northern Croatia.

A truly magical, special place oozing character, charm & creativity. Ljuba is a very generous host and the location is perfect, tucked between ancient forest and the river. We had such a wonderful time and already are planning a return trip.

Positive: A traditional house, the oldest one in the village, is really nice. The house is big, even bigger that it seems from the description and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is comfortable, very spacious, nicely decorated and well maintained. Ljuba was a perfect hosts, nice, friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay in this charming house and will definitely use it in the future..

U Podliparskoj, kao i u Rožnom vrtu se uvijek osjećam dobrodošlom u koje god doba godine da dođem. Žubor potoka koji teče u blizini djeluje umitujuće, a boravak u vrtu revitalizirajuće. Domaćini su srdačni, topli i ljubazni, a svaki moj dolazak dočekaju s velikim osmjehom na licu tako da im se uvijek s radošću vraćam. Za svaku preporuku!
