We were on vacation in Bled in summer 2024, when my e-bike broke down. We spontaneously went to Blaz, who helped us straight away. He ordered the spare part for us and installed it two days later. He is competent, fast and extraordinary friendly. A great store that I can recommend. 5 stars!

Really great experience with the team here. They were lovely! Super helpful with recommending routes, looked after our dog in the heat while we waited to get going and gave us some top tips for our first time riding with a dog trailer. All in all a great experience.

Good little shop with a great bike mechanic and dog. Fixed my bike very quickly while also allowed others to leave their bikes there and come back when they were fixed.

On the first day of our holiday, the front tyre of our pushchair had a "puncture", so we went to the bike workshop with a rather unusual request. Although we didn't have a bike, we received a very friendly welcome and were able to describe our problem. The mechanic spoke very good English and took over an hour to patch and repair our tyre casing and inner tube despite the complicated mounting on the pushchair. This saved our good start to our holiday and the amount charged for the repair was more than reasonable. A clear recommendation in terms of customer service and friendliness!

Wenn Du mal Sonntags neue Bremsbacken und eine neue Bremsscheibe brauchst, findet man wohl keinen Radladen....außer, das passiert dir am Bleder See. Hier bin ich sofort gut beraten worden...dazu nettes Ambiente....ein Fachmann am Werk, der auch an einem Sonntag und draußen 32 Grad Spaß an der Arbeit hat. Dazu fairer Preis...hat sich das Trinkgeld dazu verdient.

A&B were wonderful on every aspect of it We are a family of five the kids ages are 11, 9 and 5 We rented e-bikes and child’s seat for a day. The bikes were in excellent shape. The price was reasonable and the hospitality was way and beyond. Thank you guys for this lovely service and experience

Wer gute Bikes mit einem überragendem Service sucht ist hier absolut an der richtigen Adresse. Schon bei der Buchung, bei uns das erste mal über WhatsApp, bekamen wir eine sehr schnelle und freundliche Antwort, obwohl die Anfrage deutlich außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten lag. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Wir hatten uns 8 Bikes geliehen und wurden super beraten. Unser vorher ausgesuchte Strecke haben wir nach Hinweisen vom Bikeverleih geändert. Ähnliche Entfernung, ähnliche Belastung aber landschaftlich und sicherheitstechnisch deutlich schöner. Viele kleine nützliche Randinfos die das Gesamtergebnis abrundeten. Da die Strecke recht starke Steigungen hatte und wir nich eine kleine Prinzessin mit hatten, stellte man uns kostenlos und von sich aus noch eine Zughilfe zur Verfügung. Aus unserer Sicht sogar 6 🌟 Wenn wir wieder Bikes benötigen, ist das unsere erste Anlaufstation!!!!!!

Just in 2 words, super service. Great personal that know their skills. They helped me out with a non standard solution for my bike. The bike mechanic put his skills into the project and helped me out with a very good solution. The bill for all that hard labor was way less then I had expected. Thanks guys!
