Today, when I went for my bike I was pleasantly surprised. Great job. The guys are super nice and professional. Even when they were fully booked, the work was done in a few days. Great price for general service and they didn't even charge me for pedal change. Anyway, top repair shop! I'll come again with the bikes from all my family members. Aljoša

Super professional. Came with a problem and they sent me to a partner who specialized on my type of "normal" bike.

Super friendly, super fast, super professional, amazing workshop… what more is there to say… Had them fix a crank arm on which I accidentally stripped the pedal threads… The bike was done within hours and the price was 20€… Can’t say enough positive things about my experience with the Bikehanic workshop in Stegne :)

I gave them my bike on Monday with broken derailleur hook, they said it is going to be done in 2 to 3 days. On Wednesday i call they say they got wrong part they are waiting for the new it should be done by the end of the week. I call on Friday they still have not received new part and bike is not done. First i am ordering online on a weekly basis, it has never happened that i got what i have not ordered. Second they wanted to charge cost of part + 12 euros for their work, work would take 5 minutes meaning that they would be charging 144 euros working hour. With that extreme price, even if we believe their childish story that “they ordered good part but supplier sent wrong one”, they should have paid or made their supplier pay DHL express shipping and get right part in one day. Because of them i wasn’t able to train for more than a week. Plus the whole time I had to call them to ask what is happening, no update from them of any kind.

Menjalnik ni več lepo prestavljal in ga sam nisem uspel nastaviti. V Bikehanicu rečejo naj pripeljem in če ni večje popravilo naredijo takoj. Dve uri kasneje sem že imel nastavljen menjalnik (nosilec je bil zvit) in spet dela kot ura 😃 hitro in profesionalno 👍
