Estimated delivery time 11:15-12:15; I always wait at home at 2:40 p.m. (and such a delay of a few hours for DPD is becoming a regular practice!)

Regarding my package, which I have been waiting for a long time, I called your hotline in Mar13, and the operator Sandra promised me that there was no need to worry because I would receive an SMS report before delivery. At the same time, I also received a confirmation from the sender that they instructed you to deliver as soon as possible, even if 3 bottles are broken.
I was very surprised when I called again on Mar25,
and found out that you returned the package to the sender's warehouse in Germany?
My sender says that they could pay a lot of costs to send the package back to Slovenia.
Whenever a misunderstanding happened between the sender and DPD, I kindly ask for an explanation and if it is your mistake, please cover the additional costs that happened to my sender, if we do not count the nerves and time that it took us because of this mistake.
From Mar 13 until now I have not received any serious help from DPD and the rejected package is still in Germany from the sender.
The sender did not receive any compensation or apology from DPD.
Very not serious behavior and services from DPD Slovenia.
