Da mogu dao bih vam - 10 ocenu, vi ste totalni neprofesionalci. Javio se čovek i sve se dogovorili, došao sam na adresu - od tog trenutka više se niko nije javio na telefon, čekali smo 2 sata dok nismo otišli. Katastrofa je mala reč za vas!

Today, I had business in Belgrade and thought it would be a great opportunity to check out a farm store (because farm stores where I live in southern Serbia tend to have very little selection). I pulled up this company and got a street address and stopped there. Unable to locate the store, I asked my wife to call to get exact directions. As it turns out, they only sell online. That is okay. The situation became problematic when the employee we spoke to and later his boss asked all sorts of unnecessary questions (what is your name? where do you live? is your farm registered?) and were very disrespectful toward her over the phone. For example, the boss demanded that she tell him what we are looking for. She repeatedly told him we do not have specific products in mind but want to see what they have to offer (because I grew up in America and know what is sold in American farm stores but don't know the Serbian word for each item and don't know what they sell here that we don't have and what products we have in America but they don't have here). But he kept on being demanding with her, telling her to tell him exactly what we want. There wasn't any purpose in continuing such a conversation because I had one goal in mind -- to see what is being offered in a physical store -- and that wasn't possible. He told my wife that she needs to be "cista sa sobom" (clear with yourself). He said that we want to be farmers but don't know what we want. And also that they don't "set up farms." I have never come across such an ignorant, disrespectful "boss" anywhere in the world. If he was the owner, I would say that he hit a new low for Balkan entrepreneurs; apparently he is one of the folks who has never been introduced to the term "customer service."
