If there's a star below one, I would give that to this company. It's been about three weeks, and I still haven't received my parcel, although last week it is in the city. They don't answer phones, and on the chat, they're careless and rude! They say the parcel is on its way, but then in the evening, it shows it couldn't be delivered for no reason. In the end, they delivered to one of their depo, not to my address. Their service is terrible.

My package was not delivered, the courier did not call me, but I received an email stating that the package was successfully delivered. When in fact I did not receive anything. The support service even sent me an email with what seemed to be my "signature" of receiving the package. Does this line look like a signature?

I have to say that, in my experience, the service has improved greatly in the past few years, mostly because of the far greater number of parcel lockers. I hope the number of lockers continues to grow. I wish pickup were available for more than three work days, though. (Say, five?)

Not sticking to what they say. Delivered to a pick up point after saying they’re 3min away from our home and to come and get the package. Which one is it? And why is there an issue with delivery every single time? 2starts because i did get my hands on the package nonetheless, even if in another, less convenient way.

15.09.2024 i got the email from you with confirmation of delivery to paketomat at Vodnikova cesta 187, 1000, Ljubljana. 18.09.2024 i got SMS and message in Viber that delivery is waiting for me in paketomat at Kino Šiška, Trg Prekomorskih brigad 14, 1000 Ljubljana. I sent the email to info@posljipaket.si and nfo@gls-slovenia.com asking about wrong address, but got no response.

Dober servis. Zmeraj prej pokliče, če me ni doma, pusti paket kjer se dogovorimo. Nikoli nobenih težav.

Paketom qt je res super zadeva. Oddaš neglede na čas. Žal pa imam zelo slabe izkušnje. Paketek, ki je bil dobro zavarovan je prišel do prejemnika v zelo slabem stanju. Pred 1 mesecem pa je paketek hodil do prejemnika 8 dni, čeprav sem prosila da, naj čimprej pride paketek do prejemnika in ga zato oddala v zbirnem centru ter zato uporabila 18km. Žal mi je, ta služba ni zame - preveč sem razočarana
