Dostavljalec ni niti poskusil dostaviti paketa na ciljni naslov, ker ni dobil nikogar na GSM. Na naslovu so bili seveda doma in bi ga prevzeli. Namesto tega ga je nesel direktno v paketomat.
EDINI razlog, da dajem oceno 2 (in ne 1) je, da so ga PO URGENCI in to ČEZ TRI DNI dejsnko doatavili na ciljni naslov.

I do not recommend that companies choose GLS as their provider for sending packages to clients and partners. Why?
We were supposed to receive a package from a company that sponsors us. One day, we received a sudden call from their employee without any prior messages that the package is coming today. Then when I didn’t answer (as I was in a meeting) and “only” called back in 1h30min, the GLS employee did not answer to my calls, nor to my subsequent SMS messages. Then when we finally reached the headquarters, they said that the package is waiting at their warehouse, and we could get it only Monday (which is too late, since we are already leaving on our vacation).
Apparently, GLS doesn’t have a good employee policy, which makes some of them act totally unhelpful.
