GLS as a young company needs to put great emphasis on their only product - service! That would include responding to calls, resolving issues promptly, making online help useful and friendly, maintaining the kiosks in optimum working condition, not sending out info/access codes for items that have not yet arrived into the country… and if not, convert the trucks into mobile burger joints and the pick up kiosks into souvlaki stands… after all, street food is profitable!
