I bought a used bike with a Vigo tracker already installed. You'd think it would be easy to transfer it to my name BUT NO. They accepted my money, gave me a code, but I can't register it, it's still in the old owner's name! He can see where my bike is, I can't! They don't answer emails from me or the old owner. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, IT'S RUBBISH.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT this company is a scam I reached out to then via email to see if there product was compatible with my make and model within minutes I received a email back that the product was indeed compatible with my make and model so I made the purchase. Today(more then a month later) I have yet to receive my package a email or a call from company or employee with any type of information on my order, I've emailed the company several times and no response

I brought both the smart turn and brake system...The brake system works OK...but the smart turn works sometimes and when it's warmed up goes off, then maybe one again...I have emailed this company a few times now...First reply was lovely offering a replacement...but since them...now 7 weeks ..I have emailed them 3 times with no reply...Such a bad service...I am sorry but I cant recommend this company....The idea of the product is great...but to many problems and no back up..

V aplikacijo ni mozno dodati vec kot en motor. Ce imas sklenjena dva zavarovanja za dva motorja, moras imeti tudi dva email naslova in logiranje/odlogiranje iz aplikacije za spremljanje parametrov med motorjema. SMS o premiku motorja pride po cca. 3 prevozenih kilometrih. Enaka stvar je z novim VIGO SMART TRACK produktom. Zelo nedodelana stvar. Naprava je pa GPS GV20, ki na aliexpress stane 30USD!!!!

The Brake Light Module doesn't work at all. There is no contact with the seller. Tried email, FB, comments in FB ( got blocked). Avoid this company if you can

Purchased the brake and turn signal modules. Pretty good idea but poorly executed. The brake module got no sensitivity adjustment, only have to install it on different angle to change it. If that wasn’t hard enough on a naked bike when you don’t have a mount that allows that, but the maximum and minimum will be reached in about two (2) degrees!! After numerous attempts to find the optimal angle I gave up. So that one remained disconnected. Smart turn module is better, when it works... Unfortunately after a cold night is not going to work. The tech support is very nice but clueless about the tach problems. They ( actually him: Mark Nest) do not have any technical knowledge about the product and his nice behavior disappeared when I asked him to replace the unit. Never heard from him again. Disappointing.

Vorsicht!!!: Kann nur vor dem Kauf bei smart turn system warnen! Habe vor 2 Monaten vigo smart track gekauft und bezahlt. Das Teil wurde nie geliefert. Auf Anfragen kamen Anfangs noch Ausreden dann gar nichts mehr! Ähnliche Berichte jetzt im web gefunden.

Ich kann nur jeden davor warnen, dieses Vigo Smart Track zu kaufen. Wir wollten es zurücksenden, da unser Sohn es nicht benötigt, da er bereits ein Sicherheitssystem hat. Nachfragen bezüglich der Rücksendung werden ignoriert. Die Firma stellt sich tot, in der Hoffnung, dass sie das Geld behalten können. Und als zusätzliche Warnung kann ich noch sagen, dass vor dem Kauf nirgends erwähnt wird, dass dann auch noch Zusatzkosten in Höhe von 50 Euro anfallen!!! Also Finger weg, meiner Meinung nach riecht das nach Betrug.

I'd previously seen the Vigo Smart Track and was always keen to purchase but it was always out of stock. When I received notification that it was back in stock I jumped at the chance to order one; shipping at the time of order was quoted at 3 - 9 days. Weeks have passed and I still have not received the item. I chased Mark Nest and he assured me it would be delivered within a few days but still nothing happened and I still await delivery. There has been no dispatch confirmation, as their website stated there would be, and there is no way to track the status of the order after placing business with them - all you get is an email order confirmation and nothing else. My faith has expired and I now no longer believe I will ever see the product I ordered from Vigo/Movalyse. I've since sent a request for a refund which has been ignored and am currently pursuing my refund via PayPal and, funnily enough, they haven't responded to that, either. Avoid unless you have money to burn and you don't mind exchanging it for nothing but empty promises.

Habe mir das Bundle gekauft welches als Einschreiben eingetroffen ist. Der Service dieser Firma ist bemerkenswert: Auf eine Nachfrage wegen eines Schaltplanes für eine ältere BMW wurde in Minuten auf einem Freitag Nachmittag reagiert.... Macht weiter so!

I purchased a Smart Brake system August 2020, it still has not arrived, i have contacted the seller via facebook,Email , paypal no response whatever VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY,, at this time i would not recommend .

I bought the original products from this company, the Smart Turn System and the Smart Brake System, and was very happy with them and by the brilliant customer service from Mark Nest. When the Vigo Smart Track was developed, I immediately pre-ordered. Finally it has come, and I am shattered by the total lack of response from STS! Firstly, terms and conditions not in English, so you don’t know what you’re committing to. I emailed STS 5 times, absolute silence! I phoned them, no response. Secondly, no explanation of what ‘Insurance’ is all about. Thirdly, unable to activate the trial option so the thing just does not work. It is sitting on my bench waiting for some input from STS. I am so disappointed! What has happened to this previously great developer?
